Celebrity endorsement is considered the most effective tool to influence the customers’ buying behavior and motivate them to get attention towards the products produced by the company and services provided by the company. Due to the specific nature of research objectives, descriptive and causal comparative research design has been used. Celebrity endorsement has higher impact on Consumer Buying Behavior of Nepal. In this research descriptive and causal comparative research design has been used. The study focuses on understanding the consumers buying behavior based on different factors like gender, income, occupation and education. Population of this research is total youth of Nepal and out of total population a sample size of 384 respondents is taken using the convenience sampling technique which consists of people from different age group, gender, income, occupation. The results of this study indicated that there was a positive impact of celebrity trustworthiness, features of products and attractiveness on consumer buying behavior. The primary objective of this study is to explore the glass ceiling factors that hinder the career growth of women employees in Nepalese commercial banks. To achieve the research objective, the data were collected from the primary source mainly through structured questionnaire and group discussion method under random sampling technique. An exploratory research design was followed to explore the factors that restrict the career development of women employees in Nepalese commercial banks. Merely this study has been completed with an empirical survey which was thoroughly conducted using a self-administered questionnaire and group discussion and the sample consisted of 280 middle-level women executives. For presenting and analyzing the data both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The study revealed that Nepalese women workers do not face much career related problems. The organizations perceive that women are as capable as males in discharging their responsibilities. However, there are some assignments in which women are under rated than males in dealing with some unique situations. Data was collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression with the help of calculations via the SPSS application. The results of the calculations that have been carried out, the t value for the effectiveness of internal control is -0.471 < t-table 2.055, indicating that it has no positive effect on fraud in financial reporting, then the calculated t value for suitability of compensation is 0.501 < t-table 2 shows that it has no negative effect on fraud in financial reporting and the calculated t value of organizational culture is 3.152 > t-table 2.055 shows a positive effect on fraud in financial reporting. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.471 means that the variables of internal control effectiveness, suitability of compensation, organizational culture have a role of 47.1% together in explaining the on fraud in financial reporting variable. Kajian ini mengajukan variabel technological capital sebagai keterbaruan yang terdiri dari latar belakang pendidikan teknologi yang dimiliki direksi dan hasil inovasi teknologi dan menguji pengaruhnya terhadap keuntungan perusahaan sekaligus nilai perusahaan melalui pengujian lanjutan. Melalui purposive sampling di perusahaan manufaktur dari 2015 – 2020 sebanyak 203 observasi ditemukan technological capital disclosure tidak berpengaruh terhadap keuntungan namun di penelitian lanjutan dengan proxy harga saham ditemukan technological capital disclosure berpengaruh positif signifikan. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang mahasiswa, yang diperoleh dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Simple Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Looking at market capitalization growth where there are ups and downs in stock prices that are influenced by several factors, one of which is financial ratios. The purpose of this study is to determine the Effect of Current Ratio, Return on Asset and Debt to Equity Ratio on the Share Price of Jakarta Islamic Index Companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. \u0000The population in this study is 30 companies included in the Jakarta Islamic Index group listed on the Indonesia stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period. The sampling method in this study uses purposive sampling and ampelous that meets the criteria in this study are 15 (fifteen) companies. The variables used in this study are Current Ratio (X 1), Return on Assets (X 2), Debt to Equity Ratio (X3) and Stock Price (Y). The data used in this study are secondary data from www.idx.co.id and www.finance.yahoo.com. The analytical method in this study uses quantitative descriptive and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis methods with SPSS 24 tools. \u0000The results showed that the Current Ratio (X 1) did not have a significant effect on the stock price with a significant value of 0.777 > 0.05, Return on Asset (X 2) had a significant effect on the stock price with a significant value of 0.008 < 0.05, and the Debt to Equity Ratio (X3) did not have a significant effect on the stock price with a significant value of 0.383 > 0.05. \u0000The advice in this study is for potential investors who want to invest their funds must pay attention to and weigh Return on Assets because in this study it is proven to affect the share price of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period, besides that investors must also pay attention to other financial performance and must pay attention to company performance and The overall economic condition of the company that can have an impact on capital market conditions. This study was conducted to determine the effect of influencer marketing and viral marketing on purchase intention in products from Heaven Scent. This type of research uses quantitative method research methods with the population, namely followers of Instagram @heavenscentindonesia. Data collection was carried out by questionnaire by Google Form distributed to Heaven Scent social media followers. Sampling using purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) with multiple linear regression analysis method.
