The Constellation of the Roles and Functions of the Purbalingga Regency DPRD towards the implementation of Spatial Planning can be optimized through 3 basic functions, namely the Legislative Function, Budget Function, and Oversight Function. In this research, the researcher aims to analyze how to optimize the DPRD's role in evaluating the suitability of space utilization in Purbalingga Regency. The research method uses qualitative methods.
