This study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurial marketing on the performance of food and non-food SMIs as well as analyze the driving factors and inhibitors of SME performance through a balanced scorecard approach. A sample of 200 registered food and non-food SMIs recorded. The method used a survey method, descriptive, and verification research from—data collection through interviews and distributing questionnaires to business actors. The instrument test conducted through validity, reliability, and ordinal scales raised to interval scale using the method of successive interval for path analysis. The results of the study note that all indicators are valid and reliable together (simultaneously) entrepreneurial marketing has a significant and positive effect on the performance of food and non-food SMIs balanced scorecard approach. This research discusses the reciprocal relationship between economic growth in Pekanbaru City and economic growth in Siak Regency, Pelalawan Regency, and Kampar Regency. Using quantitative methods and secondary data from the Central Bureau of Statistics was analyzed using the Two-Stage Least Square method then regressed using the Eviews 10 application. The results showed a positive and significant reciprocal relationship at ? 0.05 between Pekanbaru city GRDP and Siak Regency GRDP. Coefficients 0.9626 and 1.0890. The expected effect of GRDP of Pekanbaru City and GRDP of Pelalawan Regency with a coefficient of 3.4663 and 0.2864 at ? 0.05. Whereas Kampar Regency only has a unidirectional relationship, namely, the GRDP of Pekanbaru City has a positive and significant effect on Kampar's GRDP with a coefficient of 0.9527 at ? 0.10. Apart from being caused by geographic conditions, this reciprocal influence is caused by leading sectors, including the pulp and paper processing industry, the oil and gas mining sector, and the oil palm plantation sector, which delegate economic activities between Siak Regency and Pelalawan Regency with Pekanbaru City. This study conducted in two state universities (Riau University and UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim) as well as in four private universities (Caltex Polytechnic University, Muhamadiyah University of Riau, Lancang Kuning University, and STIE Pelita Indonesia). The universities were the object of this study since they had collaborated with the Riau Representative Indonesia Stock Exchange in establishing a financial education in the purpose to develop students’ knowledge on investment products and personal financial management. The population in this research was 78.540 active students and based on Slovin formula this study used 348 students as sample. Sampling technique used was simple random sampling. In addition, this study applied descriptive analysis and Binary Logistic Regression test as the data analysis technique. As the results, this research indicated that two factors, i.e. work experience and GPA significantly affected the students’ level of financial literacy. Although tourism is playing an increasingly important role in different economies, there are only a few theoretical models to dynamic economic and environmental issues with endogenous tourism. On the basis of the Solow-Uzawa growth model, the neoclassical growth model with environmental change, and ideas from tourism economics, we develop a three-sector growth model. The industrial and service sectors are perfectly competitive. The environment sector is financially supported by the government. We introduce taxes not only on producers, but also on consumers’ incomes from wage, land, and interest of wealth, consumption of goods and services, and housing. We simulate the motion of the national economy and examine effects of changes in some parameters. CSR is one indication of whether or not a company is good or bad. CSR has a real impact on the environment and society. The better the impact obtained from the company's CSR, the better the company's performance. CSR activities can be seen from the CSR disclosures. CSR disclosure is influenced by various internal and external factors. As for this study, we want to analyze the influence of the diversity of the board of commissioners on CSR disclosure. The independent variables used in this study are gender commissioners, nationality commissioners, and ethnic commissioners. \u0000 Company data used are from LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. 20 companies were found to be the sample of this study using purposive sampling method. From the data processing that has been done, the results obtained are that Gender commissioners have no effect on CSR disclosure. Likewise, the Nationality commissioner proved not to affect the increase in CSR disclosure. but conversely with Ethnic commissioners who have a significant influence on CSR disclosure. This means that ethnic diversity on the board of commissioners is very important. It is on this remark, this study investigates the effect of governance in the agricultural expenditure in Nigeria, Error Correction mechanism was employed on the time-series data collected from National statistics bulletins and the empirical results revealed that accountability and corruption control have a positive and statistically significant effect on the agricultural expenditure in the short run within the sample period. However, the agricultural output was found to have a decline effect on the agricultural expenditure in the short run in Nigeria. This study, therefore, recommended that the government at all levels should ensure that corrupt governance is fought or reduced to a minimum level in order to achieve an effective allocation of funds to the agricultural sector to improve performance and contribution to economic growth and development. The respondents in this study were 100 respondents who visited BCA KCP A.Yani Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the t-test and F test for hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that not all variables are influential, in Perceived Ease of Use there is no influence, while the variables of Perceived Value and Perceived Risk have an influence on customer intention. This study uses a descriptive explanatory method by applying several approaches namely; canvas model business, industrial process analysis, and content analysis. Some important findings of this study describe the ability of the local industry to provide specific added value. Rotan Ketak Industry innovation system can be a source of local economic competitive advantage in facing the global market. The strong value proposition of the product could compete with another product. The industry is also capable to expose some strength of the human side that cannot be completely replaced by the function of sophisticated technology because it combines local values, humanity, art, and local economy. The capacity of this industry to build partnerships between artisans with the local trading system is also a major finding. The study population consisted of 12 companies selected by purposive sampling. Financial report data is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). \u0000 The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 19.0 and SMART PLS 2019 application tools.
