Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu masyarakat Gampong Geudubang Jawa Kota Langsa yang berjumlah 50 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dengan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pendapatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi masyarakat Gampong Geudubang Jawa Kota Langsa, ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien pendapatan (X1) bertanda positif yaitu 3,316 dan probabilitas kesalahan yang dihitung lebih kecil daripada probabilitas kesalahan yang ditetapkan (0,002 < 0,05). (2) Gaya hidup berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pola konsumsi masyarakat Gampong Geudubang Jawa Kota Langsa, ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien pendapatan (X2) bertanda positif yaitu 3,463 dan probabilitas kesalahan yang dihitung lebih kecil daripada probabilitas kesalahan yang ditetapkan (0,001 < 0,05). Namun demikian, walau pun minat wirausaha, koneksi, merek dan promosi telah di jalankan dengan sangat baik, apabila tidak ada kreativitas maka usaha tidak akan berkembang dan bahkan gulung tikar. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh dari minat wirausaha, Koneksi, Merek dan Promosi terhadap Keberhasilan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah Berbasis Ekonomi Kreatif di Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan dikumpulkan data melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Industri UMKM Tahun 2018 berjumlah 271 pelaku usaha yang kemudian dijadikan sampel berjumlah 83 pelaku usaha. Alat analisisi data yang digunakan adalah metode asumsi klasik dengen analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Minat Berwirausaha berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. (2) Koneksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha (3) Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. (4) Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan usaha. Dan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,529 yang berarti bahwa 52,9% variasi nilai keberhasilan usaha yang ditentukan oleh empat variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan usaha yaitu minat berwirausaha, koneksi, merek, dan promosi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif pendekatan normatif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Data primer adalah data yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dengan 3 orang sebagai rahin dan 3 orang sebagai murtahin, sementara data sekunder adalah data yang diperoleh dari buku-buku, dokumen, jurnal dan data lain yang berhubungan dengan judul penelitian. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data, peneliti menggunakan metode deskriptif analitisis. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah praktek gadai yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat Desa Jamur Jelatang, Kecamatan Rantau, Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang jika ditinjau dari pelaksanaan akadnya sudah memenuhi rukun dan syarat gadai. Namun terkait pengambilan manfaat barang yang digadaikan oleh pihak penerima gadai (murtahin) jika merujuk pada pendapat dari empat madzhab, maka hak milik dan manfaat atas barang yang digadaikan tetap berada pada pihak pemberi gadai (rahin). Pihak penerima gadai (murtahin) hanya memiliki hak untuk menahan barang gadaian dan tidak boleh mengambil manfaat dari barang yang digadaikan kecuali apabila barang yang digadaikan berupa barang hidup (binatang) dan mendapatkan izin dari pihak pemberi gadai (rahin) maka boleh untuk memanfaatkannya. Pelaksanaan jual beli harus diperhatikan tentang aturan yang ditetapkan oleh Islam baik rukun, syarat maupun di dalam etika bisnis Islam. Kenyataannya yang terjadi di dusun Inpres desa Seumadam untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang sebesar-besarnya para petani karet dan pembeli (agen) melakukan kecurangan, baik pada kualitas barang maupun kuantitasnya. Dimana para petani karet mencampur pulungan karet dengan tambahan air baterai untuk menjaga agar karet tidak menyusut saat ditimbang. Namun ketika agen membeli dan menjual ke pabrik karet sudah menyusut sehingga merugikan para pembeli (agen). Kemudian agen pun melakukan pengurangan timbangan tanpa persetujuan dari petani. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimana perilaku petani dalam praktik jual beli karet dengan menambahkan air baterai di dusun Inpres desa Seumadam? (2) Bagaimana tinjauan etika bisnis Islam tentang perilaku petani dalam praktik jual beli karet dengan menambahkan air baterai di dusun Inpres desa Seumadam? Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dan sifat penelitian ini field research. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa \u0000jual beli karet dengan menambahkan air baterai di dusun Inpres desa Seumadam tidak sesuai dengan etika bisnis Islam karena terdapat unsur ghabn (mengurangi takaran), tadlis (menyembunyikan cacat barang) dan gharar (ketidakjelasan). The purpose of this study is to determine how these factors have a partial and simultaneous influence on people's interest in saving at Bank Aceh. The data obtained came from respondents, namely Blangkejeren and Pining sub-districts, Gayo Lues district, the technique used was purposive sampling of 100 people, the research method was a quantitative method by surveying and distributing questionnaires as data collection techniques. The analytical tool used is the classical assumption method using multiple linear regression analysis, t test or partial test, F test or simultaneous test and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that based on the F test the knowledge, promotion and location factors have a positive and significant effect on people's interest in saving at Bank Aceh. Peneliti ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang diambil sebanyak 99 responden yang dipilih memalui teknik simple random sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis ujiasumsi klasik, regresi linear berganda, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil secara parsial (Uji t) faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan anggota terdiri dari pelayanan (X1) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan promosi (X2) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa Pegadaian Syariah Kuala Simpang. Hasil uji simultan (Uji F) menunjukan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 artinya pelayanan dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa Pegadaian Syariah Kuala Simpang. There are several factors that influence customers in performing mudharabah deposits such as the influence of profit sharing factors, service factors and promotion factors. This study is quantitative study, using 81 respondents as research sample. Sampling in this research is done by probability sampling with Random sampling method, that sample selection technique without considering the level that exist in that population. Data collection techniques using questionnaires as many as 41 items of questions assessed by the likert scale 1-5 and tested its feasibility using the validity and realiability test. The collected data were classical assumption test including multicolinearity test, heterokedasticity, normality, autocorrelation and linearity. To analysis data using multiple regression with determination test method, F test and t test. Based on multiple regression analysis at significance level 5% showed that simultaneously factor of profit sharing, service factor and promotion factor have a significant positive effect to make decision to do mudharabah deposit. The results also show partially that (1) there is a significant positive effect of profit sharing factor to make decision to do deposit mudharabah at Aceh Sharia Bank Idi Rayeuk Branch; (2) there is a significant positive effect of service factor to make decision to do deposit mudharabah at Aceh Sharia Bank Idi Rayeuk Branch; and (3) there is a significant negative effect of profit sharing factor to make decision to do deposit mudharabah at Aceh Sharia Bank Idi Rayeuk Branch. Employee performance is influenced by many factors such as the quality of human resources. The purpose of this research is To know whether there is influence between human resources but performance of Adebo BPRS employee, To know how big influence of human resource to performance of employees of Adeco BPRS, and last To know how Adeco BPRS increase source human resources of employees in improving company performance. The method used in this research is survey method with quantitative approach. The population in this research is all employees of Adeco BPRS with sample is 20 customer. The results obtained in this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect between human resources on employee performance in Adeco BPRS. From the result of SPSS test, it is known that human resources have 36% effect on employee performance on Adeco BPRS, while 64% is influenced by other variable which is not examined in this research. In improving employee performance, Adeco BPRS has made SOPs on the rights and obligations that must be fulfilled by each employee, not only that employees are also given regular training both internal training and external training. Adeco BPRS also makes a policy that for employees who excel will be rewarded in the form of bonuses, additional salary and promotion / position. While employees who perform poorly will be given Phunisment (sanctions) namely the decline of office and dismissal.
