Sektor ini menciptakan dan memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat yakni tempat tinggal ataupun gedung sehingga menjadikan sektor properti dan real setate sebagai sektor yang menjanjikan. Namun pada kenyataannya, kondisi suatu negara ikut mempengaruhi harga saham properti dan real estate terlebih pada tahun 2019 menyebarnya wabah Covid-19 yang melemahkan perekonomian global tak terkecuali di indonesia yang mengakibatkan permintaan dan penawaran saham pada sektor ini hanya gencar di waktu-waktu tertentu saja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data melalui website dan studi kepustakaan. Total sampel yang diuji sebanyak 10 perusahaan properti dan real estate dalam Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia tahun 2016-2020 dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data panel dengan alat bantu eviews 9. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan inflasi, produk domestik bruto, pertumbuhan penduduk dan Sertifikat Bank Indonesia Syariah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. This type of research is quantitative. The population in this study is all people who shop at traditional markets and modern markets in Langsa City whose number is unknown, while the number of samples in this study is 50 people who shop at traditional markets and 50 people who shop at modern markets. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study include research instrument testing, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results showed that there were differences in consumer behavior when shopping at traditional markets and modern markets in Langsa City. This is evidenced from the results of hypothesis testing using the paired sample test, it is known that the value of consumer behavior in traditional and modern markets is obtained t arithmetic is greater than t table, which is 3.953 greater than 2.0106 and the value of sig (2-tailed) is 0.016 less than 0 0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted and there are differences in shopping interest in traditional markets and modern markets in Langsa City. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dari tahun 2005-2021. Metode analisis data menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian dengan uji persamaan regresi linier berganda serta uji secara parsial diketahui bahwa ekspor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia tahun 2005-2021. Demikian Indeks Pembangunan Manusia juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia tahun 2005-2021. sementara tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia sejak tahun 2005-2021. Hasil uji F diketahui secara simultan ekspor, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia dan tenaga kerja mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa model regresi dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi pengaruhnya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R2) diperoleh bahwa ekspor, indeks pembangunan manusia dan tenaga kerja dapat menjelaskan variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 68,4% dan sisanya sebesar 31,6% dijelaskan faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini. Kepada pemerintah sebaiknya ekspor ditingkatkan dengan memenuhi permintaan luar negeri dan IPM terus ditingkatkan melalui anggaran untuk pendidikan dan kesehatan serta ketepatan dalam pengelolaan dana tersebut. Adapun permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana dampak home industry dalam meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga. Bagaimana kondisi keuangan saat sebelum adanya home industry dengan saat sesudah home industry. Dan juga bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap usaha home industry tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak home industry terhadap peningkatan ekonomi keluarga, mengetahui bagaimana perubahan ekonomi saat sebelum dan sesudah adanya kegiatan home industry, dan tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap kegiatan usaha home industry tersebut. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif, maka proses pengumpulan datanya peneliti menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini maka dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa proses kegiatan home industry yang dilakukan oleh para pemilik usaha di Kota Langsa masih sangat sederhana dan menggunakan sistem manual. Dan dampak home industry ini yaitu membantu perekonomian keluarga dan menggurangi jumlah pengangguran. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 19. The results of this study indicate that foreign direct investment (X1) partially has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia with a significance of 0.918. Labor (X2) partially has a positive and significant influence on economic growth in Indonesia with a significance of 0.003. Government spending (X3) partially has a positive and significant influence on economic growth with a significance of 0.008. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang bersumber dari kuesioner penelitian dengan sampel sebanyak 60 responden. teknik analisis data mengguankan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji R2. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan persamaan diperoleh Y = 5,134 + 0,223X1 + 0,336X2+ 0,280X3. Koefisien regresi brand image, harga dan word of mouth berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli konsumen pada produk. berdasarkan hasil uji t Brand image diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,060 > 2,003) dan nilai tsig < α 5% (0,044 < 0,05), brand image berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Brand image memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen akan kosmetik non BPOM. Harga diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,167 > 2,003) dan nilai tsig < α 5% (0,002 < 0,05), harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Harga memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen akan kosmetik non BPOM. Word of mouth diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (2,937 > 2,003) dan nilai tsig < α 5% (0,005 < 0,05), word of mouth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Word of mouth memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen akan kosmetik non BPOM. Hasil uji F, Fhitung > Ftabel (30,053 > 2,77) dan nilai Fsig < α 5% (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, dapat dinyatakan bahwa brand image, harga dan word of mouth secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. This study aims to determine how the influence of price and product quality variables on the loyalty of Telkomsel users. The population in this study are Telkomsel users in Langsa City. The sampling technique used is accidental sampling with a sample of 100 respondents. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis is multiple linear regression using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that the variables of Price and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Telkomsel User Loyalty. Partially, the Price variable has a positive and significant effect on Telkomsel User Loyalty and the Product Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Telkomsel User Loyalty. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada alumni perbankan syariah yaang mengikuti wisuda periode dua tahun 2021 dan wisuda periode satu tahun 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah teknik random sampling. Penentuan besar sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini akan menggunakan rumus slovin, yang kemudian mendapatkan hasil sebanyak 66 orang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa persepsi dan pertimbangan pasar kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap minat berkarir di sektor perbankan dengan angka X1 3,749 > 1,998 dan X2 4,777 > 1,998. Sedangkan penghargaan finansial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkarir di sektor perbankan dengan angka X31,182 < 1,998. Hasil penelitian diketahui pemahaman mahasiswa perantau Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam angkatan tahun 2017 terhadap prinsip konsumsi Islami, hampir secara keseluruhan mengetahui dan masih mengingat mengenai prinsip konsumsi Islam dan mereka menyebutkan juga prinsip konsumsi menurut Mannan yaitu prinsip keadilan, kebersihan, kesederhanaan, kemurahan hati, dan moralitas. Namun ada beberapa juga mahasiswa perantau lainnya yang hanya mengetahui mengenai konsumsi Islam secara umum. Perilaku konsumsi mahasiswa perantau Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam angkatan 2017 ditinjau dari prinsip konsumsi Muhammad Abdul Mannan belum sepenuhnya menerapkan prinsip keadilan dan prinsip kesederhanaan.
