Metodologicamente, las teorias neoclasicas y neoschumpeterianas fueron unificadas, bajo el enfoque convencional, sobre el cambio tecnologico, aun sabiendo las diferencias entre ambas; mientras en la concepcion marxista, prevalecen los analisis de Marx sobre otros autores. La contrastacion entre ambas perspectivas teoricas se desarrollo sobre la base de cuatro variables fundamentales, a saber: 1) el caracter sistemico, 2) la naturaleza del cambio tecnologico, 3) la actitud ante el proceso innovador, y 4) el alcance explicativo en torno al crecimiento y el proceso de desarrollo.","PeriodicalId":35889,"journal":{"name":"Problemas del Desarrollo","volume":"49 1","pages":"171-192"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-04","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"49264178","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Studying them from a medical or epidemiological approach has proved insufficient, given the size of the problem and myriad factors underlying it. It is therefore time to bring an economic perspective into the analysis to find the structural causes, looking at the ways food is eaten, which shape the hegemonic supply and demand patterns imposed by the globalization of the markets, infringing on local patterns. The empirical evidence shows that the shift from a traditional diet to an industrialized diet with high sugar content and refined flours has fueled the prevalence of this public health problem.","PeriodicalId":35889,"journal":{"name":"Problemas del Desarrollo","volume":"49 1","pages":"145-169"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-04-12","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.22201/IIEC.20078951E.2018.193.63185","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45760069","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The analysis consists of two parts: the first is an overview of the assumptions underlying the reform, a diagnosis of the hydrocarbon sector, and the solutions and instruments set in motion as a result of the legal changes made and Pemex’s new operating model. The second provides an assessment of the progress or contradictions involved in Pemex’s track record as an spe with respect to the reform’s original premises.
