Respondents were asked to complete EI tests and questions related to trust behavior. Exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis and correlation analysis are used to identify relationships. Trust's findings are known to consist of three components: trustworthy; knowledge; and expectations. Furthermore, there is a significant correlation between trust and EI, when compared to the financial performance of relationship managers. Research weaknesses/ implications The method used by banks in collecting performance data limits the analysis that can be held. Over the last two decades of the twentieth century, in the world economy, there has been a rapid increase in the number of corporations. The increasing number of corporations has come as a result of large investments and adequate business plans in line with market requirements. The bigger the company is, the bigger the field for action. This has in some way even determined the merging of various companies, which then have extended their influence on the world's major markets. Corporate empowerment has raised many other issues related to their economic activity such as: the issue of workers’ rights, the elimination of double taxation, the issue of monopolies by these corporations, the insurance of the capital of these corporations, up to eventual bankruptcy. Thus, all these issues raise dilemmas regarding the role and impact of corporations on the development trends of a country.The aim of this paper is to identify the impact of transnational corporations on the development of a country's economy. Its objective is to determine the levels of corporate reputation and knowledge sharing. In the same vein, correlation measures using the Pearson Product Moment Correlation between corporate reputation on knowledge sharing is also explored. Using the stratified random sampling technique, 400 bank employees across the region are identified as the primary respondents of this empirical research. As perceived by the respondents, findings reveal a very high level of corporate reputation and knowledge sharing among the bank employees. Moreover, strong evidence on the positive relationship between the constructs corporate reputation and knowledge sharing is uncovered. Among the dimensions of corporate reputation, corporate communication revealed the highest r-value when correlated with knowledge sharing. The study used quantitative research approach and secondary data and is analyzed by using linear regression model measures: Inflation rate as a dependent variable, and five independent variables such us: GDP to growth rate, Deficit to GDP rate, Public debt to GDP rate, Government bond interest rate and Unemployment rate. Linear regression model was applied to investigate the impact of GDP to growth rate, deficit to the GDP rate, Public debt to the GDP rate, Government bond interest rate, and Unemployment rate to the dependent variable Inflation rate. From the Linear Regression Model coefficients for inflation rate as a dependent variable shows that three of five variables have a significance one with negative significance and two positive significance. Considering the fact that the goals accomplishment is the basic necessity of organizations, this study aims at exploring the accomplishment of goal levels in multi team systems (MTSs). There exists an absence of theoretical models focused on systems composed of such teams. This study therefore, proposes a predictive model to improve understanding in this regard. It has been suggested that the higher order goals are more effective to accomplish under sequential and reciprocal functional process inter dependencies. Conversely, the lower order goals are more effective to accomplish under intensive functional process inter dependency. The above said sector is selected as population of the current research. By using the simple random sampling technique, different branches of public banks and private banks are selected as a sample. 270 questionnaires were circulated to top level managers and middle level managers. 240 questionnaires were filled by employees and used for analysis. The overall response rate was 89%. Different statistical techniques i.e. Pearson’s correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and reliability analysis are applied on collected data. The results of Pearson’s correlation analysis shows that there is positive relationship between organizational climate (OC), organizational socialization (OS), knowledge management (KM), its dimensions i.e. knowledge sharing (KS) and knowledge application (KA). Moreover, regression analysis’s results explain that organizational socialization is strong predictor of knowledge management as compare to organizational climate. From the management point of view, the results give clear clue to Pakistan’s banking sector must understand the importance of organizational socialization, organizational climate for the purpose of knowledge management. In future researches, data may be collected to other sectors like telecom industry, textile industry and education sector etc. for more generalizing the results. This study was motivated by the undisciplined, the lack of responsibility and work ethic of ELS towards the regulation relating to functional positions as ELS at Padang State Polytechnic, so that the work time and performance of ELS at Padang State Polytechnic is wasted. Research method with a quantitative approach with path analysis method. Data collection techniques with questionnaires, observation and interviews. The respondents of this study were 40 of ELS at Padang State Polytechnic. The sampling method uses a total sampling method where in the entire population in this study is used as the research sample. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Organizational Culture and Organizational Commitment in Private Banks in Bandung. Descriptive method was used in this study for employees of some private banks. The total number of respondents were 80 employees. The result shown that Organizational Culture produces the level of effort and subordinate Organizational Commitment beyond what will happen, when viewed from the average weight of Organizational Culture. The 392 usable data were collected; the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the model and hypotheses were tested with Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The research findings indicated that four factors affecting human resource development of mechanical enterprises including (i) Technology, (ii) Learning Motivation, (iii) Learning Culture of the enterprise and (iv) Abilities of employees.
