This will not only meet professional needs for new information, knowledge and skills, help teachers to perform their professional duties effectively in a rapidly changing environment, but will also help them to be competitive in the labour market. The purpose of this study was to investigate the advantages of applying distance learning for the professional development of preschool teachers, to identify the challenges that specialists of this industry face in the process of distance learning, and to determine the prospects for the development and improvement of this form of education. In the course of the study the authors used a set of general scientific theoretical and empirical research methods, such as analysis, statistical data processing, synthesis, surveying and generalisation. The key advantages of distance learning are highlighted, including individuality, flexibility, asynchrony, openness and self-organisation. It has been revealed that the remote format of education today is characterised by a number of problematic aspects in the implementation process, in particular the insufficient level of technical equipment, the lack of an adequate competence component in the professional training of teachers and the disruption of communication between the subjects of the educational process. It has been found that the majority of postgraduate institutes have courses designed for the professional development of preschool teachers and use both full-time and distance learning. The likelihood of technological, organisational and pedagogical difficulties for the trainees of the upgrade training courses has been determined. The study revealed that most teachers are generally satisfied with this form of training, but not all are ready to implement it in their work. Solutions that allow organising the learning process using such methods contribute to the implementation of didactic and educational tasks defined by schools and educational institutions. The purpose of these measures is to ensure the implementation of the main curriculum, taking into account the limitations arising from the specifics of the activities being carried out. In the current circumstances, the key issue is reasonableness and consideration of the current state of the organisation of subject training, considering the correct approach to the material provided to students, instructions, and tasks. The purpose of the study is to consider effective methods of scientific organisation of labour in the system of work of Design and Technology teachers. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study consists of the following methods: correlation, empirical, and component analysis. It is important to constantly develop the skills in this area, use the wide variety of modern technologies dedicated to this activity, overcoming the technological barrier. Organisation and planning are one of the main conditions for the effectiveness of any conscious and purposeful activity of a teacher, especially long-term ones, throughout the school year. The system of work of a Design and Technology teacher distinguishes the tasks assigned to such a teacher in an educational institution in the context of the performed functions. The teacher should certainly take into account the tasks that follow from the analysis of the provisions of the educational process that regulate the sphere of activity of a school teacher. Choreographic disciplines are closely related to pedagogy and psychology and form an integral part of the development of the future leader of the amateur choreographic team, teacher of choreographic disciplines, choreographer, dancer. The study explores the problem of development of didactic fundamentals at teaching choreographic disciplines by means of which not only skill of future teachers, but also performing skill of dancers develops. The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of pedagogical foundations on the process of teaching choreographic disciplines and creative choreographic work on the development of adolescents. According to the results of the study, different approaches to the problem of becoming the future leader of an amateur choreographic group, a teacher of choreographic disciplines, a choreographer, an artist of a dance ensemble are described. The study covered the essence of pedagogical fundamentals of methods of teaching choreographic disciplines that motivate students to professional self-improvement; the study also argued the need for the development of internal motivation for professional growth in future teachers of choreography. Studying the influence of creative choreographic work on the development of adolescents' personality, the results of empirical research on the relevance of the needs of students of the Professional College of Culture and Arts (city of Kalush) in professional self-improvement, motives of professional self-improvement, and analysis of professional competence. The purpose of the study is to carry out a theoretical analysis and outline the probable forms of integration of mindfulness practices into the educational process on the example of teachers, as well as to create a theoretical model of the influence of mindfulness practices on the teacher’s personality with professional destruction. The study highlights the main theoretical models of understanding mindfulness practices. The most effective and most frequently used techniques of awareness practice are analysed. The main educational centres of mindfulness in Ukraine are highlighted. Theoretical analysis of empirical research of foreign colleagues in the field of positive influence of mindfulness practices on the personality is carried out. The causes of professional destruction of teachers are analysed. The expediency and efficiency of this integration are argued. Among the positive changes due to the use of awareness practices by teachers are: improving the level of concentration and recollection; increasing attention to the needs and emotional states of students; creating emotional balance and preventing burnout; increasing the level of stress resistance; improving the quality of relationships at work and at home; increasing productivity and as a result of academic success; forming openness and readiness for selfdevelopment; development of the level of reflection and skills to regulate one’s emotions; improving the psychological climate in the classroom and maintaining overall psychological well-being; improving the quality of life and increasing the subjective feeling of happiness. The scientific novelty lies in the creation and operationalisation of a theoretical model of the influence of mindfulness practices on the teacher’s personality with professional destruction through the lens of cognitive, emotional, physiological, and behavioural levels. The purpose of the study is to cover the specific features of the socio-cultural environment in the management of the development of teachers’ multicultural competence. To achieve this purpose, a set of modern general scientific approaches (personal, axiological, systemic, activity, synergetic, and competence-based) and methods (theoretical methods – analysis, synthesis, generalisation, comparison, empirical methods-observation, ranking) were used to help clarify the specific features of socio-cultural environment in the management of the teachers’ multicultural competence development. Based on the theoretical and methodological analysis of the research problem, it is determined that the multicultural competence development is a process that is consciously organised and managed, and the process of managing the development of future teachers’ multicultural competence is relevant and understudied. It was also noted that multiculturalism constitutes an important condition for sustainable social development and ensures the integration of each person into the world cultural and educational space, and multicultural competence of teachers is the result of multicultural education. The specific features of the socio-cultural environment are considered as a specific social space of the educational institution, which is described by coexistence and interaction of different and equal cultures, communication of many ethnic groups, simultaneous study and use of different languages, traditions, folk customs, and more. The relevance of the study is associated with the emergence of new methods and approaches to the organisation of the educational process in a pandemic, which also affected the vocal training. The purpose of the study is to search the modern psychological and pedagogical principles during vocal training, its objective is to investigate new ways of organising the educational process in the realities of the COVID-19 pandemic. To analyse the problem, a complex combination of different methods was used, among which the analytical, theoretical, and comparative-generalising methods were prioritised. The results of the study allowed asserting that the psychological and pedagogical aspect in the educational process in vocal lessons has a leading, crucial role. The study proves that vocal training involves not only the control of the student over the process of sound production, but also the mastery of psychological intricacies aimed at achieving a stage performance transformation. It is substantiated that it is the teacher who, in accordance with the temperament and individual psychological traits of each student in particular, should choose the most favourable and effective didactic methods and pedagogical technologies. It is emphasised that in the conditions of the pandemic, distance learning became a priority, including in the field of vocal training, new ways of organising the educational process appeared. The difficulties during musical communication between the participants of the educational process – teacher, student, and accompanist – are highlighted. It is stated that during voice training, which can take place in the form of consultations, webinars or master classes with the help of online services and platforms, the choice of effective psychological and pedagogical solutions in the process of “cloud interaction” has become much more difficult. Focusing the results of pedagogical influence on all types of training and determining professional readiness. The urgency and expediency of the study of this problem is enhanced by the need to overcome existing contradictions in higher education, in particular between: severe deterioration in the health of student youth, steady growth in the number of students with impaired health therefore referred to a special medical group (SMG), and social order for a healthy, physically developed, and active generation. The purpose of the study lies in theoretical and methodological substantiation and experimental confirmation of the effectiveness of the use of new tools, technologies, forms, and methods of organising physical education of students. The method of observation and the method of statistical data processing were used to conduct the empirical part of the study, and the methods of system, correlation, and comparative analysis were used to substantiate the theoretical part. Consideration of modern approaches, presented in the content of pedagogical technologies, author's methods and programmes in physical education of students revealed that technologies with a wide arsenal of tools can serve as a factor that improves the physical health of students. The study found that the improper functioning of the physical education system is conditioned by the lack of methods and mechanisms for implementing the existing legal framework for physical education of young people in practice. This method gives the opportunity to clearly and objectively formulate an opinion and assess the patient's condition according to the diagnosis. Therefore, deduction and its methods are relevant both among medical students and among medical staff. The role of application of the deductive method among medical students is substantiated. It is established that the application of deduction while studying in a medical higher educational institution will allow influencing the already developed personality of the student and developing in him or her the “building” type of personality orientation. Therefore, this method constitutes a topical issue of today. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the specific features of the deductive method among medical students based on literature analysis. To implement the goals and objectives, three stages of studying the features of the deductive approach among medical students were proposed. In the first stage of the research the role of deduction in the educational process, its advantages and disadvantages were determined by means of processing the literature according to the method of analysis and synthesis; during the second stage the types of personality, ways of influencing its development are determined, the interrelation between the type of personality and its level of thinking is traced; The third stage of the study included the assessment of deductive methods that allow students to form clarity and correctness of action, as well as to develop students' thinking by setting a position, justifying it with an example and forming a conclusion. The study identified the essential role of the deductive method among medical students in the development of personality orientation and development of mental activity. It is found that the use of the PRESS method will make it possible to clearly define the position, justify the result, and draw a correct conclusion (diagnosis), which is mandatory in the analysis of pathological conditions in medicine. Proper pedagogical education allows obtaining the desired result. As a result, modern youth is faced with a difficult choice of patterns of behaviour; therefore, the development of a modern personality takes place with a sense of confusion, fear, anxiety, and stress. The most influential stressful situation for high school students is the preparation and pass of an external independent testing. The author proves that psychological stress of any origin prevents quick and constructive decisions, which leads to confusion and cognitive dissonance. Therefore, the author argues that it is necessary to introduce adaptive programmes, trainings that will develop an appropriate level of adaptation, which would facilitate the transition of graduates to a new level of self-growth, as well as feelings such as self-confidence, self-belief, and self-esteem. The purpose of this study was to determine the individual-typological features of psychological adaptation of students to the EIA. To achieve this purpose, methods such as analysis, synthesis, as well as systematisation, generalisation, interpretation, etc. were used. The empirical part of the study used, in particular, hierarchical cluster analysis, the method of group relationships, the method of comparing the mean values of the Student’s T-test for independent samples. It was found that the key to successful psychological adaptation of graduates to the external independent testing is a stable personal potential. Acquired psychological competences will not only help students to effectively demonstrate their knowledge and skills during the exam, but also use them in their future lives. The author argues that it is necessary to provide psychological support to graduating students in preparation for the EIT.
