(2) Know the level of influence of the implementation of existing education and training programs on employee work productivity. Based on the data processing results, it is known that the elements of the implementation of education and training programs that must be considered and improved are as follows: Training Materials, Non-Formal Education, Training Schedule, Instructor Friendliness, Training Variations, Training Methods, and Training Manuals. While the elements of the implementation of education and training programs that must be maintained are as follows: Formal Education, Instructor Expertise, Instructor Ability, Training Infrastructure Facilities, Training Curriculum, Training Evaluation. The implementation of education and training programs affects employee work productivity, and the implementation of training programs is more dominant. This is because the implementation of training programs is more often done and more applicable, although it still seems theoretical on the employee's work. XYZ has been carried out using the case of the Mekarsari Banjar site, West Java Province using the CPM-PERT method with the POM-QM for Windows application. PERT and CPM methods are methods used to manage project completion time more efficiently and effectively. The result of the research shows that the real project processing time at PT. XYZ on this site for 19 days with a normal fee of Rp. 32,811,000,-. Technical descriptive statistical analysis by comparing the average entrepreneurial mindset of students before and after the application of the BMC method was used, and involved respondents from 13 multidisciplinary fields. The BMC technique in solving cases is also described in more detail in this study. This surely needs to be fixed up by those relates government agencies, particularly the Harbourmaster and Port Authority offices in order to practice and implement the principles of the smoothly public service delivery. This research aims to investigate those factors which relates to service quality and standard operating procedures (SOP) for issuing ship certificates to community satisfaction on the services from Class III Harbourmaster and Port Authority of Sunda Kelapa, Indonesia. The current method used was quantitative causality in an effort to determine the causal relations between variables. The population and sample used were 50 respondents who are service users, shipping companies and ship captains. The data collection technique was carried out by questionnaire with Likert Scale which was distributed to all respondents then analyzed through multiple linear regression to prove the research hypothesis. The results appeared that there was a significant positive affect from service quality and SOP to community satisfaction on the services of Class III Harbourmaster and Port Authority at Sunda Kelapa both partially and simultaneously. The results of the analysis found that the HR implementation of SDIT Al-Fajri Cikarang Timur was a) The description of HRM at SDIT Al-Fajri Cahaya Ummah can be seen in the managerial aspects of the principals and teachers. b) The implementation of human resource management at SDIT Al-Fajri Cahaya Ummah includes Man Power Planning (HR Planning), Recruitment & Selection (Recruitment and Selection), HR Placement, Training & Development (Training and Development), Performance Evaluation (Performance Evaluation), and Compensation&Benefit (Compensation and Benefit). Things that still need to be considered are the absence of TNA (Training Needs Analysis) or Training and Development Needs Analysis for teachers and the need to improve teacher welfare. c) In terms of teacher performance at SDIT Al-Fajri Cahaya Ummah, it is quite good, with the activities carried out by teachers both in the classroom during teaching and outside teaching hours. The method used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis, the sample in this study is employees in the digibank section of DBS Bank Indonesia as many as 50 employees who will be used as respondents to fill out questionnaires. The results stated that the work environment has a partially positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a partially positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The leadership style partially positively and significantly affects employee job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the affect from the implementing corporate governance and transformational leadership style to the performance of RSUD X through work motivation as an mediating variable. This research with a quantitative and survey method used the questionnaires and audit data. The population is all employees of the State Civil Apparatus at RSUD X, which are service personnel and management/administration staff. The sampling technique that used in this research was disproportionate stratified random sampling with a sample size of 200 respondents. The data analysis method through SEM-AMOS. And the research results found: There is a simultaneous and partial affect which caused by the implementation of corporate governance, transformational leadership style and work motivation to the RSUD X performance; There is a partial positive significant affect between the implementation of corporate governance and transformational leadership style on work motivation at RSUD X. The quality of service in an organization is the main focus, considering that services that can be carried out effectively and efficiently are a dream for all customers, and the goal of the organization itself. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative-naturalistic approach. Through this qualitative approach, it is hoped that an overview of leadership management and service improvement will be raised. The naturalistic approach demands data collection in a natural setting. The method used in collecting data in the field is the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of service quality carried out by the Three Private STAIs in the Kopertais Region XIII Jambi City environment have both implemented the eight standards as specified in the planning. However, there is a very significant difference between Ashanta and Al-Azhar Private STAI and Al-Marif Private STAI. Of the three STAIs, the one that is superior is the Al-Ma'rif Private STAI, with evidence that can be seen from the number of students quite a lot, and the majority of the teaching staff are S2 qualified and some are even S3 qualified. When viewed from the satisfaction of service quality from customers, Al-Ma'rif Private STAI has the advantages of the three Private STAIs that are the targets of researchers, satisfaction indicators such as learning facilities and infrastructure are independent and have their own. In addition, the management of financing is more organized and transparent from the Foundation and the Chairperson of the Foundation to their subordinates.
