This study begins with the concept of Student Loyalty which is used to describe the mediator that links Service Quality and Institutional Image to WOM. Using the theory SERVQUAL by Parasuraman et al. (1991), the researchers used the Path Analysis model with SPSS 18. The number of respondents was 190 identified from 17 Vocational High Schools in East Java Province, Indonesia. The results show that Student Loyalty was unable to play a mediating role in the effects of Service Quality and Institutional Image on Word Of Mouth, and Institutional Image has a greater influence than service quality. Implications are discussed, and study limitations are noted for guidance in future research.","PeriodicalId":357147,"journal":{"name":"Dinasti International Journal of Education Management And Social Science","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116944230","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to analyze the commitment of the board of director to Sustainable Development Goals disclosure in public companies by proving the influence of characteristics (size of the board of director), independence (proportion of independent directors), diversity (presence of female directors), and activity of the board of director (number of board of director meetings) on Sustainable Development Goals disclosure. This research is a quantitative research with documentation as data collection method. The sample of this research is a financial sector public company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2021. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression with the panel data approach. The results of this study are that there is a positive effect of the presence of directors at board of director meetings on the disclosure of Sustainable Development Goals which has been controlled by profitability and firm size. The results of other studies are that there is no effect of the size of the board of director, the proportion of independent directors, the presence of female directors, and the number of board of director meetings on the Sustainable Development Goals disclosure which have been controlled by profitability and firm size.","PeriodicalId":357147,"journal":{"name":"Dinasti International Journal of Education Management And Social Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128471974","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
