摘要

职业高中竞争非常激烈,各院校都提供自己的优势来吸引学生。本研究首先以学生忠诚度的概念,描述服务品质、机构形象与口碑之间的中介关系。采用Parasuraman et al.(1991)的SERVQUAL理论,采用SPSS 18的路径分析模型。调查对象为来自印度尼西亚东爪哇省17所职业高中的190人。结果表明:学生忠诚度在服务质量和机构形象对口碑的影响中不具有中介作用,机构形象的影响大于服务质量。讨论了研究的意义,并指出了研究的局限性,以指导未来的研究。
