In this study, the fuzzy method is integrated into FMEA where the severity factor, occurrence, and detection are assessed in linguistic form. Many ways people do to meet these needs, among others, by buying from someone else, building it yourself or by buying a house in a housing developer. Houses besides being a basic human need, it is also used as an indicator of one's success and as an asset for business development and an increase in the economic value of the owner. Prospective home buyers certainly have criteria that are considered in choosing a house. Many of the existing criteria are often followed by the availability of more than one choice of the house to be able to meet these criteria. Therefore, the writer tries to try to make a Decision Support System in a Home Purchase that will later help prospective home buyers in deciding which house to buy. The decision-making method used in this system is an analytical hierarchy process (AHP) as a form of decision-making model that is suitable for multi-criteria and multi-alternative problems with the main input being human perception. Combined with the Borda method which is one method of group decision making that can combine the results of perceptual analysis (the results of AHP analysis) from several decision makers. it is necessary to have a group decision-making technique (group decision support system). So that the resulting home purchase decision can be accepted by all decision makers (family). The position monitoringsystem for ship escort personnel can send coordinate data from the Client transceiver device that iscarried by the ship escort personnel periodically with the 915MHz LoRa TM protocol and receive theclosest Gateway transceiver in KRI / KAL with the same frequency with an average time of two once asecond transmits, the coordinate data received is stored in the application server database monitoringthe position of ship escort personnel in the form of markers, so that the position of personnel ismonitored periodically and can be immediately reported to the KRI / KAL Commander as decisionmaker. The augmentation of sea transportation fleets causes the ever-increasing number of all types of ships and the vessel traffic congestion in many connected sailing lanes. The development of sea transportation media significantly affects the potency of sea pollution. Therefore, it requires an analysis of the development feasibility of the Reception Facility in Tanjung Perak Port Surabaya. The first analysis is by doing the evaluation of investment feasibility based on the law, market, technical and financial aspects. After that, the measurement is done by using the methods of Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Average Rate of Return (ARR), Profitability Index (PI) and investment risk analysis. Every institution or organization must have a framework for developing information systems and documentation that is adequate and in line with developing systems and technologies. A comprehensive and integrated strategic information system planning is needed by a supply and logistics institution, especially Arsenal with capacity as the Dissenlekal Task Force of the Indonesian Navy Headquarters (Mabesal) in the management of TNI AL Class V logistics. In general this research is a efforts in developing strategic IS/IT planning and identification of their needs at the Arsenal institution as UPT Dissenlekal Mabesal to be more optimal so that it can be integrated and support the strategic planning of logistics supplies within the Navy. The basic concept in this research begins with the preparation of the IS/IT Strategic Plan framework using the Ward and Peppard model approach, then in the evaluation process the translation of the Strategic Plan IS/IT and management of the institution's basic tasks using Balance Scorecard. Some analytical methods such as Value Chain Analysis, SWOT Analysis, PEST Analysis and Five Force Model Analysis are used to analyze the internal and external institutional environment. Next is the McFarlan Analysis Strategic Grid method that is used for application portfolio planning. The results of this research are the recommendations of the relevant IS/IT blue print strategic planning owned by Arsenal UPT Dissenlekal Mabesal and development priorities by referring to the institution's main task plan based on data obtained through the implementation of analytical methods. The information produced will be integrated data for administrative needs and services for related work units. The development of science,technology creation at this time has penetrated digital technology. Most of the technology used byhumans is completely digital. In this case it is very helpful in various aspects, for example in the industrialsector, many industrial fields have used digital technology due to human limitations and are demanded tobe fast, practical and precise. Of the several applications of digital technology, one that is needed in anindustrial field is a tool to monitor a material that is in a closed container. This technology helps officials tomonitor the amount of fuel from the field without having to open the material container when they want tofind out information about the fuel. The problem discussed in this study is how to determine the strategy for developing STTAL. The purpose of this study was to determine the best strategy for developing STTAL using the SWOT analysis method. The results of the study show that the development of STTAL to produce Human Resources that mastered the technology faced the era of industrial revolution 4.0. Namely: a). Increase the quantity and quality of laboratory facilities that are complete in stages according to the priority scale adjusting the available budget by means of regulation, cooperation, coordination and socialization to relevant stakeholders, b). Publication of lecturer and student research in national and international journals is one way to improve the ability and expertise to produce technological products of marine and maritime technology, c). Establish a curriculum for each Study Program based on IQF and lead to the science and technology fields of maritime and maritime technology, d). Various methods are used to optimize the number of personnel in an organization so that each task can be completed quickly and precisely. Accounting Institutions are inseparable from problems regarding the lack of workload with the number of personnel working on it. The change of the Policy gives an impact on the change of Job Description and List of Personnel Arrangements of the organization. To overcome these issues, workload measurement, analysis can be used to determine the optimal amount of personnel required in their working units. This study uses a mental workload measurement so called NASA-TLX and physical workload measurement According to the applicable workload regulation that is in accordance with the Administrative Direction of Workload Analysis. Both methods are then carried out to be compared to each other. The results showed that the physical workload is required in the completion of tasks in each work unit. In addition, the determination of the optimal number of personnel using physical workload or appropriate tasks per task position based Job Description is performed. As a result, it is known that there is an excessive workload in the Sub Service Budget Cost work units with personal shortcomings. On the other hand, there is an excessive personnel number in Administrative Work, Sub Department of Finance Administration and Sub Department Financial Control.
