In practice grenade throwing on the field are often found unexploded grenades after being thrown. At this time the handling of unexploded grenades is detonated on the spot, however the tool used to locate the crushing explosives is still very traditional by using bamboo poles. In this final project there will be a tool for placing crushing explosives on unexploded grenade handling procedures in the field, using a long, folded, robotic arm stick that is driven by a gearbox motor, the mechanism of this tool will be made with the arm system using Electromechanical systems. At the end of the stick is installed gripper which serves to clamp the explosives before being placed on unexploded grenades. Therefore it is the power that was developed to deal with these threats must also have the ability to multi-dimensional as well. Reality is always pushing to restructure the military concept of defense to become responsive and adaptable and tailored to the substance of the reforms in the defense. The main problem faced by Indonesia to develop a domestic defense industry is the inability of industry and education sectors to absorb the fundamental aspects of the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA). This inability does not allow Indonesia to experience significant breakthroughs in the application of RMA. So with reference to the condition necessary to anticipate concrete steps in developing a systematic plan to build the defense industries are able to anticipate the revolution in military affairs. Among priorities at once by selecting the appropriate stages of the development plan which includes the development of Main Equipment Weapon System, Spatial Planning Area Defense, Civil Defense Development, and Spatial Structure of the Organization. And one of its efforts is the creation of the ability of military logistics support system effective and efficient and responsive, which in this case is the development of Arsenal's arsenal of weapons and ammunition in terms of both quality and quantity so that is always ready to face any condition of any contingency that would happen. Determining policy location Arsenal first location contains more choices in environmental issues multi-objective and multicriteria decision, then the model is proposed to be the appropriate methodology to accommodate the qualitative preference and priority-setting objectives/criteria for future development is to approach the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Principle of the AHP method is to break breaking a complex situation and unstructured, into its component parts, arranging these variables in a section or an order of hierarchy, giving numerical values to subjective considerations about the relative importance of each variable and analysis various considerations is to determine which variables have the highest priority and act to influence the outcome of the situation. From the results of the solution by using the AHP method showed that the first priority location determination Arsenal 1 in the eastern region is a factor analysis of logistics operations to support operations capabilities in the integrated logistics support system that effectively and efficiently. To support the operational activities of the Navy, Eastern Naval Warehousing as service organizations should be supported with the provision of an information system capable of supporting the activities become more optimal provisioning. Speed and accuracy of support provision to user is an indication for the success of a service. Information technology nowadays has grown very rapidly to develop into the current warehousing system. RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) is the process of identifying an object automatically by Radio Frequency. There are two important components of an RFID system is the card (tag) and the reader. Application warehousing information system can be integrated with RFID technology, so that the system can run more optimal for warehousing system. This research aims to design warehousing information system based on RFID in Eastern Naval Warehousing used in processing existing warehousing system to gain optimal in provisioning operations running in Eastern Naval Warehousing to support provisioning activities to meet the requirement of existing user in Navy. Field studies conducted in Eastern Naval Warehousing, aimed to determine the current state of warehousing system that runs to identify existing problems. This method is considered more precise and more accurate where the dangers that arise in the docking process are explained from each work activity. This method also provides appropriate control measures for each hazard. Various methods are used to optimize the number of personnel in an organization, so that each task can be completed effectively and efficiently. KRI Diponegoro-365 personnel as the TNI Maritime Task Force, the Garuda Contingent can not be separated from the problems regarding the lack of conformity to workload with the allocation of the number of available personnel. To overcome this, an analysis of workload measurement is needed which can then be used for determine the allocation of the right number of personnel needed in each division. This study uses the measurement of NASA-TLX mental workload and physical workload according to TNI Roles. Both of these methods are then compared between mental and physical burden that occurs. From the results of the comparison, it was found that physical workload is needed in the completion of tasks in each division. After a comparison, then the determination of the allocation of the number of personnel will be carried out using the physical workload approach based on the description of the tasks in each division. The results of the calculation will then show the division that has excess or lack of personnel.
