Was conducted from November 2023 to April 2024 with 42 students from a public university in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Four sessions of auriculotherapy and Baduanjin Qigong focused on insomnia and quality of life. Pre- and post-treatment assessments were performed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Scale and the World Health Organization Quality of Life-Bref instruments. Satisfaction with the intervention was assessed. Descriptive and bivariate analyses were performed.Results: The final mean of the evaluated scores were 5.66±2.80 in insomnia, 68.45±19.17 in the perception of quality of life, 60.11±20.70 in satisfaction with health, 66.49±13.26 in the physical domain and 54.36±10.20 in the psychological domain. The data collection took place at the Cultural Memory Service of the São Pedro Psychiatric Hospital, a location dedicated to preserving materials about the institution's history and included interviews with seven nurses and one male nurse who worked at the institution. Concepts from Michel Foucault were used in the analysis.Results: The São Pedro Psychiatric Hospital was a space of exclusion, where patients were dehumanized and neglected. Of the 17 participants, nine were patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and eight were healthcare professionals. Data collection took place through individual semi-structured interviews between January and May 2023, subjected to thematic content analysis.Results: two main categories emerged: stages of motivation for behavior change from the perspective of users and professionals; care practices; and challenges in identifying these stages. Users presented different stages of motivation, depending on the habit analyzed, with no record of pre-contemplation. Professionals, however, reported difficulties in recognizing the stages, adopting generalized approaches.Conclusion: identifying the stages of motivation is essential to support personalized interventions in Primary Care. Qualified listening, consideration of psychosocial factors, and adapting health education to individual readiness can promote self-care. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and subjected to Reflective Thematic Analysis, supported by Atlas.ti® software and grounded in the conceptual framework of Healthy Work Environment.Results: The analysis identified five thematic axes: work environment and its conditions, which includes overload, inadequate infrastructure, and risks; dynamics of interpersonal relationships, covering leadership, conflicts, and communication; motivation and job satisfaction, encompassing recognition, purpose, and autonomy; worker health and well-being, which highlighted the absence of institutional policies and insufficient training regarding needs; and perception and experience of a healthy environment, including physical structure, organizational bonding, and psychosocial factors.Final considerations: For a healthy environment, primary care nurses need organizational support and professional recognition. Although autonomy is limited by barriers, factors such as team collaboration and recognition mitigate the effects of work overload and poor infrastructure. It was conducted in the Midwest region of Brazil, between January 2022 and June 2023, in four phases: development and validation of the internal content of the application; programming software; validation of the application's usability by 11 experts and 33 nursing students, using the System Usability Scale.Results: The app includes a game with technical terms, player rankings and an online pocket guide. Usability was validated by 11 experts and 33 nursing students using the System Usability Scale. The average scores were 92.5 and 87.5 respectively, classifying the technology as \"best imaginable\", with high acceptance, integrated functionality and intuitive navigation.Conclusion: The TESE application demonstrated good usability and high user acceptance, proving to be an important strategy for enhancing the teaching-learning process for nursing students in Fundamental Nursing. Data were collected through remote semi-structured interviews and analyzed using the Collective Subject Discourse technique.Results: Nurses understand Responsible Safe Discharge as essential to ensuring continuity of care, emphasizing the shared responsibility among hospital, family, and primary care. They highlighted weaknesses in communication between services and the need for an integrated electronic health record, standardized discharge processes, and caregiver training. The participants were self-declared black health professionals. A semi-structured questionnaire was used, based on a previous review of the health of the black population. The material from the focus group was subjected to Bardin's content analysis and similarity analysis to categorize the themes of the guide into the concept of health, racism, the most common diseases, social determinants, and historical and political dimensions.Results: The importance of an innovative educational guide to contribute to the care of the black population aimed at preventing racism was highlighted. The temporal evolution of congenital syphilis was analyzed using crude incidence calculation and the standardized mean incidence rate. Statistical techniques such as Joinpoint and Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average were used for time-series analysis and case projections.Results: Over the 22-year period, 302,759 cases of congenital syphilis were reported in Brazil, 51.1% of which occurred between 2017 and 2022. The incidence rate rose from 1.3 in 2001 to 10.3 cases per 1,000 live births in 2022. The temporal analysis showed that four of the five regions showed an increasing trend during the study period. By 2030, projections indicate growth in rates in Brazil (8.3%) and in the following regions: South (11.2%), Southeast (10.5%), North (9.2%), Central-West (8.0%), and Northeast (6.8%).Conclusion: An increase in incidence rates was observed in Brazil and its regions.
