There are still works worthy of studying to further improve its performance, specifically, convergence rate and mse (mean-square-error) in frequency estimation. In this paper, an ANF basing on digital oscillator model is proposed, which is capable of adapting not only the notch frequency as usual but also the notch-bandwidth of a NF (Notch Filter). This makes the proposed ANF be able to trapping a singletone with faster convergence rate as well as better estimation mse.","PeriodicalId":356009,"journal":{"name":"2013 13th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115489146","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is a cause of delay output about release date, when they lack good planning of production. In this paper, an adaptive scrum framework is proposed to plan visual effects production. The proposed framework was evaluated by the experts working in a different position of visual effects. The results are considered as a good score with more than 90% in the quality plan and scope management. Therefore, this proposed framework should be applied as a novel management model to increase visual effects production.","PeriodicalId":356009,"journal":{"name":"2013 13th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"21 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116169625","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The design of such products is trending towards reduction in size of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA) used. Development of such high speed PCBAs for storage products requires performing functional and other parametric tests for which special test platforms are needed. Such test platforms are often multi-board systems with each board in the system having highly complex devices that are sensitive to various signal integrity factors. This paper presents few of the important factors that are to be considered while designing such systems.","PeriodicalId":356009,"journal":{"name":"2013 13th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127530162","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This is the huge waste of energy in the whole world and should be changed. This paper discusses a smart street light system, whose concept is proposed by Fujii et al. The main aim of smart street light systems is that lights turn on when needed and light turn off when not needed. Moreover, the smart street light system in this paper behaves like usual street lights that turn on all night. The ideal behavior of the smart street light system is that no one finds turn-off of street lights at night. Whenever someone see street lights, they turn on and whenever no one see street lights, they turn off. The smart street light system consists of LED lights, brightness sensors, motion sensors and short-distance communication networks. The lights turn on before pedestrians and vehicles come and turn off or reduce brightness when there is no one. It will be difficult for pedestrians and drivers of vehicles to distinguish our smart street lights and the conventional street lights because our street lights all turn on before they come.","PeriodicalId":356009,"journal":{"name":"2013 13th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126795279","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

MIMO-OFDM receiver with ESPAR antenna can improve the bit error rate performance and obtains additional diversity gain without increasing the number of Radio Frequency (RF) front-end circuits. However, the conventional ESPAR-antenna assisted MIMO-OFDM receiver only considers a simplified model of the received signal of the ESPAR antenna. The proposed MIMO-OFDM receiver with a modified ESPAR antenna makes efficient use of positive and negative frequency shifted components of the received signal generated by ESPAR antenna with periodically changed directivity. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can further improve the bit error rate performance of the system.","PeriodicalId":356009,"journal":{"name":"2013 13th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"62 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127581986","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As application example, the resistorless realization of voltage-mode biquad filter based on the proposed VDGA is also introduced. The digital watermark is one of the techniques invented to tackle this issue. In this paper, a digitally invisible watermark is embedded in a QR code image by means of wavelet transform. In the embedding process, a binary image, logo, is transformed into a corresponding watermark and then embeded into a selected subband. The experimental results illustrated that, for all the cases considered in this paper is more robustness to attacks and as such it can serve as a viable copyright protection and authentication tool.","PeriodicalId":356009,"journal":{"name":"2013 13th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"14 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125544085","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Namely, the users are purposely paired to decode the common messages to subtract interferences. Both the private messages and common messages are further beamformed before the transmission to maximize the worst user's rate performance of the overall system. The common messages and private messages are decoded in sequence. Obviously, users pairing optimization alone already is a nontrivial combinatorics, while beamforming private and common messages also pose a difficult nonconvex optimization problem. Their jointly optimal design is thus a hard mixed combinatoric optimization problem. Nevertheless, we show that this joint design can be successfully addressed by means of d.c (difference of convex functions) optimization. Numerical simulation shows the advantage of our approach over the previous one.","PeriodicalId":356009,"journal":{"name":"2013 13th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"33 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128905675","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

One way to improve switching property is reducing minority carrier lifetime by electron irradiation. This paper presented degradation of silicon PN junction which cause from lifetime modification by electron irradiation. Silicon PIN power diodes were irradiated electron ray at different dose, 50, 100 and 150 KGy respectively, to compare with no treatment diodes. The result show that electron irradiation can reduce lifetime extremely but saturation current which effect to reverse leakage current will increase more than two orders when diodes were irradiated. JA-WD method shows that increasing in generation current via center traps of defects from irradiation is major reason of degradation in reverse leakage current and other electrical characteristics.","PeriodicalId":356009,"journal":{"name":"2013 13th International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT)","volume":"28 43","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-10-24","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132275563","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
