It consists of the G8 Oncodage, a Mini-Cog screening for cognitive impairment, a history of falls, and social frailty. It is aimed at all cancer patients aged 70 and over. Around 80% of patients assessed have a G8 score ≤ 14/17, indicating geriatric frailty, and over 60% have more than one frailty (social, dietary, cognitive, falls).
