This child psychiatry facility sees many bilingual children, and takes this specificity into account during assessments to support the diagnosis. The team focuses on the child's evolution in all its dimensions, in relation to his or her developmental, family and cultural history. The risk of stress can be reduced by involving parents in care and feeding, and by encouraging their presence with their baby. The aim of the study was to understand parents' experience of their premature baby's feeding times. Eleven families were included. Parents' experiences differed according to their ability to engage in feeding patterns, influenced by their baby's state of health and immaturity, and by the medical environment. It has been evaluated in terms of the child, the organization of care and the satisfaction of parents and caregivers.
