This study aimed to analyze the difference in students' knowledge, attitude and skill improvement in first aid by using FAG application. The study design used quasy experiments using control and experimental group. Research location was in SMP Negeri 2 Jember. There were 120 respondents taken by purposive sampling technique with two groups. Data analysis used independent t-test. Statistic analysis using independent t-test. Variables of knowledge obtained the p-value = 0.008, meaning there is a significant increase of knowledge after getting first aid education by using the application of FAG. The attitude variable got a p-value = 0,023, meaning that there is significant attitude improvement after getting first aid education by using the application of FAG. Skill variable found that p-value = 0,035 meaning that there is significant skill improvement after getting first aid education by applying FAG. Early marriage in general has become a serious problem throughout the world, including in Indonesia, especially in Bola District, Wajo Regency. The incidence of early marriage in Bola District, Wajo Regency,  increased from 2020 to 2021, though the incidence of early marriage began to decrease in 2022. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the increasing incidence of early marriage in Bola District, Wajo Regency. The type of research used is observational with a cross sectional research design. The population of this study were adolescents who married at an early age that were registered at the Office of Religious Affairs ( KUA) Bola District, Wajo Regency. The subject of this study was taken by looking at the list of persons in the Bola District KUA from 2020-2022 who were married under the age of 19 years. The total number of research subjects from 2020-2022 is 115. The type of statistical test used to test each of the factors that affect the increasing incidence of early marriage in Bola District, Wajo Regency, was Chis-Quare Test. Results: The level of knowledge of the early marriage subjects in 2020-2022 concerning the impact of early marriage turned out to be low. In addition, the role of family members regarding early marriage was more negative, while the economic status of the family was more of the lower class. The three factors significantly increase the incidence of early marriage from 2020 to 2021, namely from 40 to 50 early marriages. However, in 2022 (January-August) the incidence of early marriage began to decrease. If burnout can be reduced, organizational commitment to nurses will increase. To analyze how the relationship between burnout syndrome and the organizational commitment of nurses in the inpatient hospital. This research method is non-experimental, which uses a correlational research design to explain the correlative relationship between variables. The population of this study was all nurses in the inpatient room of the Tk. III Baladhika Husada Jember and all the nurses in the inpatient room of Bhayangkara Bondowoso Hospital with 117 nurses. The sampling technique used by researchers in this study was total sampling. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The achievement of burnout syndrome nurses in inpatient hospitals (29% of the total score of 217). Achievement of nurses' organizational commitment in the inpatient hospital (66% of the total score of 104). These inconsistencies make it difficult to understand the findings related to resilience in HIV research. Analysis of the concept of the resilience of HIV patients is still limited in terms of its development to clarify its meaning. The purpose of this analysis is to identify the concepts of the resilience of HIV patients by identifying the attributes that determine the concept, antecedents, and consequences. The analysis of this concept uses the Walker and Avant method with eight steps of analysis. The results of the analysis reveal the resilience attributes of HIV patients, including the characteristics of individual resilience, self-competence, and social competence. The antecedents of the concept of the resilience of HIV patients are personal capacity as a source of individual resilience, interpersonal resilience resources, and spiritual strength. The consequences of the concept of HIV resilience include positive outcomes for people living with HIV in HIV care and psychological well-being. The concept of resilience in HIV patients is defined as a concept that depends on many factors that contribute positively to people living with HIV and this concept can be used for literature review for the development of futher research related to HIV resilience.","PeriodicalId":355525,"journal":{"name":"NurseLine Journal","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133513488","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The treatment measures experienced have side effects and are felt throughout life. Efforts to reduce side effects require non-pharmacological measures, incorporate effleurage back massage. The objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness of effleurage back massage on vital signs, oxygen saturation, and anxiety of patients with primary hypertension aged 45-54 years. The method in this study employed a quasi-experimental design with a non-randomized pretest-posttest control group design approach. The sample of this study were patients with primary hypertension aged 45-54 years who received regular treatment at UPTD Kesehatan (Health Unit) in Blitar City area, as many as 101 patients (51 treatment groups, 50 control groups). The inclusion criteria of patients were having a systolic blood pressure of 140-180 mmHg and diastolic 90-100 mmHg, obtaining a maximum of 2 standard antihypertensive treatments and not smoking. The analysis administered descriptive, time series, t-test and ANOVA. The results of this study presented that after the effleurage back massage, there was a decrease in systolic blood pressure of 13.88 mmHg, diastolic blood pressure of 10.08 mmHg, pulse 9.76 times per minute and respiration 0.67 times per minute. Effleurage back massage is effective if it is performed after 5 times and it spends time for the next massage to pause. Back massage can be performed alone by patients with hypertension every week for 20 minutes each massage.","PeriodicalId":355525,"journal":{"name":"NurseLine Journal","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-11-28","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131826945","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Victims and their families usually do not want to reveal the sexual abuse clearly, complicates intervention efforts. The most incidents of sexual abuse occurred in children and adolescents, which is called child sexual abuse. Aim This study was conducted to analyze the effect of Family Psychoeducation (FPE) therapy on family’s ability to care for children who experienced sexual abuse (post sexual abuse) in the working area of Women's Crisis Center (WCC), Jombang Regency, East Java. Method: This study utilized pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design; using one treatment group, with observations conducted to the group before and after treatment. The population in this study were all families with children who experienced sexual abuse with a total of 133 respondents. By using simple random sampling technique, 100 samples were obtained. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire on both variables. Data processing was carried out by editing, coding, scoring, and tabulating, while data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. Results: Results obtained p value = 0.000 (<0.005), indicating that H1 was accepted. It means that there was an effect of Family Psychoeducation (FPE) therapy on the family's ability to care for children who experienced sexual abuse (post sexual abuse) in the working area of Women's Crisis Center, Jombang Regency.
