One of them is CVD caused by CKD stage V that is the kinetic segment of left ventricle. Cardiovascular disease occurs due to excess fluid and buildup of uremic toxin. Chronic kidney disease stage V can not be cured so it requires therapy that is hemodialysis (HD). Hemodialysis can reduce excess fluid, uremic toxin, and maintain electrolyte balance in stage V stage. Improved fluid and decreased uremic toxin can reduce the burden of the heart and strain so that blood supply to certain myocardial areas increases and the left ventricular kinetic segment increases. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of HD on left ventricular kinetic changes in CKD stage V patients in dr. Soebandi hospital in Jember. The research design used was quasi-experimental one group pretest-postest design. The sample was 30 patients. Respondents were determined by nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test. Based on the results of the study, the distribution of the sample based on the age of the most in the range of 45-54 years, based on the sex obtained more women, based on the duration of hemodialysis obtained the period of most hemodialysis> 24 months and based on blood pressure before and after hemodialysis obtained patients with hypertension. Hypothesis test using Wilcoxon test got p-value (0.000). From the results of the analysis can be concluded that there is influence of hemodialysis on kinetic segment of left ventricle in patient of CKD stage V in dr. This can affect mental health and well-being of caregivers of CP. This study aimed to assess the mental health problems in caregiver of a child with CP who joined in self-help group (SHG) at Mojokerto East Java Province, focusing on depression symptoms. Using total sampling approach, the family member who has a role as caregivers of a child with CP were chosen and enrolled in a descriptive study, counted 37 respondents. The self-reporting questionnaire -20 (SRQ-20) with Cronbach alpha value 0.84 was used to measure their mental health status. SRQ-20 is also available in the Indonesia Ministry of Health's online application.This study shows that the majority caregiver role is a mother (94,6%). 40.5% caregiver has a risk of mental health problems that require counseling by a health professional. Caregiver experienced several complaints both physical, psychological, and social. Perceived physical complaints include frequent headaches (40.5%); difficulty sleeping (45.9%); indigestion is disturbed (29,7); tired easily (37.8%); and a bad taste in the stomach (40.5%). While the psychic complaints experienced by the caregiver on average feel tense, anxious or worried (37.8%); difficult to make decisions (35.1%); and found it difficult to enjoy daily activities (24.3%). There are 2 caregivers who have the idea of suicide. These complaints are a form of response to stressors (caring for children with CP) which is a manifestation of signs and symptoms of mental health problems among them. These signs and symptoms indicate that caregivers are susceptible to depression, anxiety, helplessness, and despair. Caregiver of children with CP is a vulnerable population to psychiatric problems because of its role in fulfilling daily life care of a child with CP for a long time even a lifetime. Family caregivers who provide sustainable care can feel the stress and depression which were gained during providing sustainable care on schizophrenia patient that can affect their psychological well-being. The purpose of this study was to identify psychological well-being of family caregiver on schizophrenia patients. The result showed that the level of family caregiver’s psychological well-being was in the medium category with percentage as much as 84.9% of respondents. Dimensions that include in moderate category were mostly found in dimension of environmental mastery (87.2%), then followed by dimensions of positive relationship with others (86%), autonomy dimension (84.9%), personal growth and self-acceptance dimension (83.7%) and purpose in life dimension (82.6%). The level of psychological well-being of family caregiver with schizophrenia patients who are undergoing treatment in Outpatient Installation at Grha Atma, Bandung was in moderate category. As power center of thinking, brain requires to be taken care by making a simple movement that followed by various of brain fuction component like vision, imagination, hearing and emotion. The objective of study is to find the difference of effectiveness of brain gymnastics and brain vitalization gymnastics in increasing of cognitive function of the elderly. It is quantitative study by using design of Quasi Experimental Pre and Post Test without Control Group. The data collecting is using questionnaires of MMSE. The number of respondents is 34 elderly with consecutive sampling technique by using Simple Paired T-test, Wicoxon and Mann Whitney. It indicates that the result of statistical test with Simple Paired T-test in group of brain gymnastics obtained p value 0,000 (p value < 0,050), so that it is stated that there is a significant difference between cognitive function in group of brain gymnastics before and after treatment, Wilcoxon test in group of brain vitalization gymnastics obtained p value 0,000 (p value < 0,050) so that there it is a significant difference between cognitive function in brain vitalization gymnastics group before and after treatment. The result of statistical test of Mann Whitney obtained p value or significant 0,004 (p value < 0,050), this it can be concluded that there is a significant defference between cognitive function in group of brain gymnastics and brain vitalization gymnastics. The search strategy for English studies relevant to the topic is done using ScienceDirect, SagePub, Springer database is limited from 2005 to 2018. Keywords used are “health workers support”, “immunization coverage”, “vaccination”. Full text articles are reviewed to select studies that match the criteria. The inclusion criteria in this review are health workers including nurses, doctors, community health workers. The search yielded 17 articles that fit the inclusion criteria. Improving the quality of immunization coverage by increasing the support of health workers as a strategy in health services.
