There are several important points that are the result of this discussion; First, that al-Ghazali's intellectual journey in the search of truth is a very dynamic intellectual dialectic, although in the end, he overrides the ability of reason in seeking the ultimate truth, he has really optimized the role of reason by placing it in a very special position. Second, for al-Ghazali that the estuary of all educational activities is to get closer to Allah. Thus, among the reasons that made al-Ghazali identified as a conservative goalkeeper. The focus of this study is about: 1) How is the planning, implementation and evaluation of the implementation of learning in Islamic Religious Education at the Muhammadiyah Metro Central Elementary School; 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning Islamic Education at the Muhammadiyah Metro Central Elementary School. The purpose of this study is to describe: Implementation of Islamic Education Learning in the Muhammadiyah Metro Central Elementary School.The design of this study is to use a qualitative approach with a descriptive research model. So that this research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collection technique uses observation and interview methods. To make it easier to explain the data, categorization and organization of data is done with a coding system. The research informants were obtained by snowball sampling technique, then testing the validity of the data was done using the triangulation method. In data processing and data analysis carried out during and after conducting research.The results showed that the Implementation of Islamic Education Learning in Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat Elementary School (SD) in the planning process was realized in a Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), which was given a special time by the school to prepare learning tools which included: syllabus formulation, educational calendar , annual programs, semester programs, teaching materials up to remedial activities and endorsed by the school supervision team. In the implementation of Islamic Education Learning in SD Muhammadiyah Metro the Center for Islamic Education Teachers refers to one component of the learning strategy, namely the component of the learning method. The method used by Islamic Education Teachers at Elementary School Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat is the lecture method, discussion method, training method and demonstration method. Evaluations used include: 1) UTS (Semster Middle Examination), 2) Semester Exams, 3) Practice Exams. It is also influenced by supporting and inhibiting factors. This research uses qualitative method with descriptive research, with inductive analysis, where the data is taken through informant around the research site and the document of activity that took place, this research took place in PNS city of Metro RW 15, RT, 45 & 46 of Yosomulyo sub district of Metro Metro City Center.This study discusses how the role learning societuof Islamic education in the PNS housing city of Metro, and it turns out that learning society plays an important role in the environment to improve the closeness and familiarity of the environment around to minimize the occurrence of individualistic and material competition. Data collection techniques were questionnaires and documentation. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using product moment correlation analysis techniques using SPSS 16. From the results of hypothesis testing obtained rcount = 0.676> rtable = 2.29 and a significance value of 0,000 <0.05, which means that H0 is rejected and Hi is accepted so that the results of this study are there is an influence of tawakal towards student emotional stability. The higher of tawakal, the higher the emotional stability of the students. Conversely the lower of tawakal, the lower the emotional stability of students. It is important to have a tawakal because through the tawakal a person can fully surrender himself to Allah. High submission to God gives rise to tranquility and peace of mind. Tranquility and peace of mind make one's emotions stable. The process of collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation to achieve valid and representative data. The results showed that the implementation of the targhib and tarhib methods in tahsin and tahfidz lessons had a side of effectiveness and problematics but were still in the level of being able to be handled well by schools and teachers.
