This technique will seize, recognize and duplicate the hacker behavior. It works in Cloud environment where anything like technology, tool, and result can be offered as a service. Purveyors offer and deliver such services to their customers via the network. Production honeypot is one of the types of honeypot which is used to solve the problem of data security in organizations. Honeypot techniques are used to detains the actions of intruder and create a log-file for providing better security in to the cloud network. Kerberos is a protocol for validating the services which requests between true hosts across the network, such as the internet. Kerberos builds on symmetric key cryptography and needed trusted third party, Key Distribution Centre(KDC) which uses public key cryptography. This paper presents the concept of production and research Honeypot as a service in cloud environment by implementing the benefits of Kerberos Authentication system, which distinguishes between hackers and users, and to provide overall security to the data/network.","PeriodicalId":354866,"journal":{"name":"EPH - International Journal of Science And Engineering","volume":"45 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124431010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Seismic behaviors of six specimens (two non-pod and four pod specimens) with three different end detail specifications were studied under cyclic loads. The experimental results show that AST-BRBs with end portions sent through a tube gradually increase in diameter with a lid welded to the end support plate. In addition to satisfying specified requirements, compared with the non-pod specimen, the specimen with a pod can dissipate over 13times more energy and offers a compressive bearing capacity of more than 2.2 times that of a nominal load capacity. Therefore, the seismic performance of this type of BRBis satisfactory and, due to their low cost, can be used as a suitable alternative to conventional bracing in engineering applications and steel structures.","PeriodicalId":354866,"journal":{"name":"EPH - International Journal of Science And Engineering","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127927158","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The reason is that colors formed by light, “additive colors”, and those formed by pigments, “subtractive colors” did in fact operate by different rules, and had different primary and complementary colors. So new color wheel is proposed - “RGB color wheel” suitable .to work with colors in digital environment. \u0000The RGB color wheel is based on the primary colors R, G, B, defined by sRGB color space, create by additive mixing 3 secondary and 6 tertiary harmonic colors with which many different types of harmonic color compositions can be realized. \u0000An analogue RGB color wheel is proposed with pastel colors suitable for print. \u0000New definitions for Hue, Saturation and Lightness color-making attributes are formulated which correspond to the contemporary high level of computer technologies. \u0000There are some recommendations how the new RGB color wheel can be used with the HSB model to create attractive and pleasant images with color harmony in digital design.","PeriodicalId":354866,"journal":{"name":"EPH - International Journal of Science And Engineering","volume":"25 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-12-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114212162","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This has put the future yield and sustainability of groundwater abstraction in some of these parts into question. This paper investigated a hydrogeological assessment for sustainable groundwater abstraction in Kampala Industrial and Business Park, Namanve. The main aim was to establish the behavioral response of the groundwater system to increased abstraction. This investigation was done using pre-existing groundwater/ borehole data from the area to generate the various aquifer parameters in the area: aquifer geometry, hydraulic properties and finally the hydrogeological conceptual model of the area. These values were further adjusted during the modeling processes to suit the current hydraulic heads in the area. The final modeling results demonstrated that an average recharge of 42 mm year-m/day maintains the natural equilibrium of non-pumping and the model result with pumping scenario shows that the current estimated groundwater abstraction of 2871 m3day-1 in the area did not cause any significant effect on the groundwater levels in the area. Significant effect on the water levels was however, realized after increasing the current abstraction rate by 500%. The sensitivity of the model was tested by systematically changing one parameter or input values at a time and it was found that the model is highly sensitive to changes of transmissivity of the aquifer system and the recharge rate. Identification of signatures including biometics that use natural human behavior. Identification of signatures can be used in security areas such as money withdrawal permits, check validation, credit card transactions and more. During this signature identification is done manually. Difficulty in this way, if the signature to be identified is large, the examiner will experience fatigue. To simplify it needs to be developed to create a computerized signature identification system. In this research, the development of this signature identification is done using the method of zoning and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classification. Based on the tests that have been done, normal test data test resulted in recognition accuracy of 95.31%. In testing the test data with disturbance obtained accuracy of 20.31%. So far, the solution has involved extremely delicate and somewhat bulky devices, the photomultiplier tubes, providing high sensitivity but suffering from fragility and susceptibility to interference. The silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) is a solid-state photon detector that provides a new solution for a wide range of photometry applications in fields as diverse as medicine, biology, environmental science, chemistry, physics, and nuclear physics. SiPMs are on a par with conventional photomultiplier tubes (PMT) in terms of internal gain and photon detection efficiency, while they are undoubtedly superior in terms of mechanical robustness, compact size, electronic stability, low power consumption, and affordability. Our group has long been involved in ionizing radiation measurements based on light emitting sensors both for industrial nuclear technology applications and for hybrid diagnostic imaging techniques. In both cases, SiPMs offer the unquestionable advantages described in this review.","PeriodicalId":354866,"journal":{"name":"EPH - International Journal of Science And Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-10-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"116230566","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Low-velocity impact study has been conducted on 250 mm square ferrocement slabs. The concept of using polymeric wire mesh is to reduce the corrosion of iron wire mesh, which is one of the major reasons for deterioration of ferrocement. The test procedure has been conducted on fifty four specimens including four different types of iron wire mesh and two types of polymeric mesh, with varying mesh layers from one to three. Results emphasized that the impact energy absorption increases with the raise in the number of polymeric mesh layers and the crack widths are least in amount and size compared to the specimens incorporated with iron wire mesh. The values of Na, Ca, SO4, Cl and EC were decrease gradually from the sea towards inland and vice versa. A variation in ground water levels between the dry and wet seasons which were in the range of 0.2 ̶ 1.97 m. Moreover, the freshwater/saltwater interface was located on the shoreline in the dry season and retreated in the wet season. Generally, the salt water intrusion was discovered in the first coastal aquifer; however, it has affected a small area. The ground water in this aquifer is fresh (except the three wells 11, 19 and 20) that considered as salty due to the high average of chloride, salinity, total dissolved solids, and electrical conductivity.","PeriodicalId":354866,"journal":{"name":"EPH - International Journal of Science And Engineering","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-09-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129810802","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
