In this case most existing and perspective aircraft structures and their subsystems require periodic and scheduled inspection and maintenance functions. Hence, structural examining is vital, and it has a gigantic capacity to reduce the costs related to these processes. In this case the Kalman filter method is extremely helpful in the kinematic fusion procedure. Through extremely dynamic aircraft systems are continuous in time, the Kalman method is mainly applied. In this article the author studies the notion of integrating the magnitude into the data-fusion, as update as filtering procedure and find a developed and superior evaluation of the state. Accordingly, data update and state-propagation algorithms were used. Due to traditional inference methods for decision making or fusion does not sustain the practice of a priori data regarding the possibility of a planned assumption, however, it was found that a priori chance is considered in the Bayesian inference method. As a result, fusion sensitivity could indicate as inner explanation of the exterior nature across the aircraft. MATLAB simulation of a designed derivative-free Kalman filters for fusion shows that it could be the most important cause for its realization appealing state-space design and a prediction.","PeriodicalId":354718,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management Research","volume":"149 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114057070","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In the second part of the work we concentrated on the finite increment theorem. It is one of the classical theorems of Mathematical Analysis, whose importance is justified by the fact that Lagrange's theorem turns out to be a trivial consequence. This study uses a sample of 150 respondents who are consumers of Minaku. The researcher uses the analysis method of Structural Equation Modelling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) to answer the matter in the research. The SEM calculation shows that promotion cannot be predicted as a mediator between price perception and purchase decision because the ρ-value is 0,101 and the T-statistic value is 1,644. It means price perception is not a key factor that can influence customers to buy a product, even though it is given a promotion. Especially for Minaku’s frozen food product, the power of brand image and product quality affect consumer consideration during purchasing. The price perception is not the most important thing for consumers, but rather how a product can fulfill consumers’ needs; for instance, the product has to be reliable and give satisfaction feeling in exchange for owning the product.","PeriodicalId":354718,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management Research","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122238348","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This underlines the significance of customer loyalty, as it is vital for a firm’s survival and growth. Building a loyal customer base has not only become a major marketing goal, but it is also an important basis for developing a sustainable competitive advantage. Keeping customers has been a challenge among hotels in the hospitality sector. Customers will continue to defect from one hotel to another, which has cost implications for the customer and the hotel itself. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effects of service convenience on customer loyalty in hotels in Murangá County, Kenya. Specifically, the study sought to establish the effects of SERVCON scale dimensions (access convenience, decision convenience, transaction convenience, benefit, and post-benefit conveniences) on customer loyalty. The study targeted establishments that are hotels in the County. A descriptive cross-sectional survey design was used. Data was collected from customers dining in the hotels through self-reported questionnaires. Moreover, 384 respondents were conveniently selected. Variables were measured using adapted and modified constructs from previous research. Questionnaires were pretested in one hotel in Kiambu County to assess their usability for the study. Content validity was used to assess the validity of the questionnaire. The reliability of the constructs was examined using Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient technique. Descriptive statistics (means, percentages, and standard deviations) and inferential statistics (multiple linear regression analysis) were used to analyse quantitative data. The study revealed that service convenience dimensions have a significant positive influence on customer loyalty. The study results provide strong evidence that service convenience influences customer loyalty positively. This finding has great implications for managers of hotels in Murang’a County. Foremost, there is a need to ensure that information regarding the hotel is accessible via different platforms to ease customers’ decision-making. This can be done through an investment into available social media platforms and hiring sales representatives to keep the platforms active and up to date. Secondly, managers of hotels in Murang’a County need to ensure that it is easy to locate and access the hotels. To this end, there is a need to use crystal clear sign boards and lobby Murang’a County to ensure that access roads are updated to tarmac standards and maintained.","PeriodicalId":354718,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management Research","volume":"1429 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127443457","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study sought to determine the project's impact on those who received extension services as well as the economic, social, and environmental effects of those services provided by the Atate Campus over the previous five (5) years (2017-2022). This involved twenty-five (25) extension beneficiaries or members of the Samahan ng Kababaihan (Women’s Association), in Brgy Communal, Cabanatuan City who participated in the descriptive survey reseach design. Findings revealed that majority of the members of the said association were married, high school graduates, with two (2) children, and unemployed. The project's outcome had the biggest impact on how the extension services affected the aforementioned participants. Environmental impact was minimal compared to the moderate effects of the economic and social factors. As the outcome of the project improved the lives of the group members by gaining employment, establishing small business, and creating self-employment opportunities using the knowledge and skills gained during the entrepreneurial training. It is suggested that long-term relevant projects be implemented in order to sustain the vigor of the entrepreneurial spirit developed through the extension program.","PeriodicalId":354718,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management Research","volume":"17 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126102151","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This research was conducted in East Java Human Resources Development Agency. This type of research is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using qualitative descriptive analysis with the following steps: data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The research results show that, the use of village funds, both in terms of planning and implementation, is not only not participatory, it even involves more bureaucratic officials at both the village and district levels. The next consequence is the emergence of programs that should be different from one village to another because of different needs and desires, but in reality the programs in the four villages are uniform, such as making drainage, veving blocks, procuring mobile phones and air conditioners as well as repairing and renovating village offices. The determinant factors that contribute to village readiness in receiving human resources training include the time factor (timing), regulatory factors, and prudential factors. The Village Fund as a policy is considered to be implemented too quickly, before it is implemented there must be preconditions such as readiness, both institutional, human resources and programs. Likewise, regulations that change frequently result in overlapping policies and issues of caution that make implementers ambiguous, half-hearted, and even fearful of receiving and implementing village funds.","PeriodicalId":354718,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management Research","volume":"11 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131168757","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
