This research uses quantitative methods with 180 respondents consisting of patients and employees who work at ibnu sina Gresik hospital. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of service quality on revisit intention through word of mouth, and there is also an effect of hospital image on revisit intention through word of mouth at ibnu sina Gresik hospital. 摘要
本研究旨在透过口碑分析医院服务品质与医院形象对回访意向的影响。本研究采用定量方法，对180名在ibnu sina Gresik医院工作的患者和员工进行调查。本研究结果显示，医院服务品质对口碑重访意愿有影响，医院形象对口碑重访意愿也有影响。本研究可望作为医院评估的资料，以提高对病人的服务品质。
The Influence of Service Quality and Hospital Image on Revisit Intention Through Word of Mouth on Inpatient Services at the Ibnu Sina Regional General Hospital in Gresik District
