Data and information were collected through documentary research, direct observations, and interviews with wise people in Avogbanna District, with communal, local authorities and household surveys. The SWOT model (strengths / weaknesses / opportunities / threats) was used to analyze the results. According to 89% of the respondents, the population settlement in the district is bound to its vicinity to the downtown area of Bohicon and to its location nearby the Inter-State way N°2. For 75% of the respondents, the district of Avogbanna is a little polluted calm medium where the rent is less expensive and the majority of the rooms are lately built and roomy. The number of people has doubled during the last decade years. It is noted that 45.76% of the respondents are active in the borough, of which 14.4% are teachers, 20.33% are craftsmen, 8.47% are shopkeepers and 1.69% are farmers. More than 60% of teachers and workers set in the district so as to get closer to their place of work. Consequently, the price of a parcel has tripled during four years in the district.","PeriodicalId":354718,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management Research","volume":"2 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122088455","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

To this end, the integration of fuzzy multi-attribute decision making (FMADM) methods will be beneficial for the evaluation of Serious Games in order to weight their evaluation criteria according to the desired context, as these FMADMs have the capacity to take into account the imprecision and uncertainty of human judgements. In this paper, we will present a comparative analysis of various fuzzy multi-attribute decision making (FMADM) techniques, namely the fuzzy DEMATEL and fuzzy SWARA methods applied in the Serious Games evaluation model in which the fuzzy AHP method has been used. In order to find the ranking of various dimensions responsible for better decision making and the ability to accurately reflect human judgment for the evaluation of Serious Games in a given context. According to the results obtained, we find that the fuzzy AHP method was the best suited to our decision problem, despite the identical ranking of the criteria obtained.","PeriodicalId":354718,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management Research","volume":"16 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"117026283","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study adopted a mixed-method approach, using face-to-face interviews, and a questionnaire survey. Responses were received from selected government officials, consultants, and end-users involved in selecting and approving government projects in the Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (M.M.D.A.s) of the 16 regions of Ghana. Qualitative data gathered from an interview of 45 candidates were transcribed and coded with Atlas ti eight and line-by-line content analysis. Whilst, quantitative data from questionnaires completed by 320 respondents were analysed by the researcher with the aid of Mann- Whitney U-test in Statistical Package for Social Sciences (S.P.S.S.) to evaluate the magnitude of the impacts of completed project abandonment in Ghana. Findings indicate that completed project abandonment exists in Ghana, and its economic, social, and environmental implications are considerable on the long-term sustainability of infrastructure development and the country's overall economic growth. Infrastructural sustainability was found to be equally contingent on the initial stages of project preparation. The study draws readers’ attention to the critical role of project selection and approval criteria. The study identified critical impacts of project selection and approval process and the construction industry's long-term sustainability.","PeriodicalId":354718,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management Research","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123171525","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Supporting examinations carried out to establish a diagnosis of Covid-19 is through radiological examinations, one of which is Computed Tomography Scan (CT-Scan). The current method used to diagnose COVID-19 from CT scan images is by studying the 2-D CT Scan image data set using naked eye, then interpreting the data one by one. This procedure is ineffective. Research aim is to develop Covid-19 detection application on localized CT-Scan images using Deep Learning Convolution Neural Network (CNN). Pre-Trained Model used is ResNet-50. Test was carried out 3 times. First test uses original CT image, with an accuracy of 92.5%. Second test used pulmonary CT data that had been separated from surrounding tissue, with an accuracy of 95%. The last test used localized CT data (Covid Candidate), the accuracy obtained was 98%.","PeriodicalId":354718,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management Research","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115267169","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Risk management involves identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks and taking steps to manage and mitigate their effects. With the help of risk management, the implementation of innovative ideas is done in a controlled and calculated way, minimizing the potential negative effects of introducing change. The model proposed by the authors is based on the \"action research model\" - as a change management tool - in which the innovation management system was integrated with risk management, to improve the performance of an organization in the context of organizational change. Currently, science uses computers to determine this coefficient. With a considerable amount of input data, solving is complicated. Therefore, manual calculation is an insurmountable challenge. This paper presents a valuable theory to determine the damping coefficient, simplifying the data entry process for processing through the computer. Thereby, the method saved effort and time. Determining the damping coefficient in theoretical mechanics is very difficult. So far, it has often been determined experimentally. Because all measurement methods have errors, the determination is even more difficult. When the number of objects that need to measure damping parameters in practice is large, the calculation and processing process takes more effort. The mathematical and physical theory used in the article has been around for a long time. However, these theories were applied to the problem in a completely new way and solved the problem fundamentally. The larger the calculation volume, the more damping included factors and the more meaningful this theory is. The approach also clarifies that the damping coefficient is a parameter that depends on stiffness and mass rather than an independent parameter in harmonic oscillation. This additional knowledge also contributes to understanding and applying this parameter's mathematical and physical nature in science and practice. At the same time, it also opens up completely new research directions.","PeriodicalId":354718,"journal":{"name":"International Journal of Advanced Engineering and Management Research","volume":"10 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"1900-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"123742508","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
