This would be possible especially because such an aggregator, that uses and transmits real-time data/information both-ways (from candidate to companies and from companies to candidate), is a solution to having skilled shipyard workforce available both during high and low seasons at the same salary expectations. Apart from the above, the study aims at understanding the specific position the average Romanian ship-repair and shipbuilding technician takes, when asked about his preference regarding the means used to access seasonal and/or permanent job offers abroad. The problem that is often found in companies like this is the frequent delays in completing orders. This is caused by the less optimal scheduling of job orders with different weights or penalties for each job which will ultimately result in a large total weighted delay originating from the accumulation of job delays with these different weights. This paper is intended to help companies create a new, more optimal schedule with the aim of minimizing the total weighted delay of order completion. The model proposed in this paper is a mathematical model for simultaneous parallel multiplesource scheduling problems for multiple-jobs and multiple-operations. The initial step of using this model is the formulation of decision variables, the objective function is minimizing tardiness or total weighted delay, and limiting functions. After the jobs to be examined are formulated into a model, data processing is carried out using a computerized system. The software used in processing this data is Win QSB. At the end of the paper a numerical example is given to use the proposed model. Nowadays, the land question is topical and arises in almost all the cities of especially West Africa. This research has made it possible to analyze the prospect of the establishment of the Urban Land Register (ULR) in the Plateau department. The data used are socio- anthropological data relating to land management; land practices, land transfers; taxes and land registration fees, land disputes. The study of population growth in the Plateau Department was carried out using data from the RGPH (1 to 4). In total, 117 heads of households and 15 resources persons made up of local elected officials were surveyed. These data were processed using SPSS IBM version 21 software for processing. In the Department of Plateau, the Urban Land Register (ULR) is a land information system (SIF), allowing the collection, processing and use of tax, urban and land data at plot level via a device IT according to 89% of respondents. Thus, the cartography of the ULR is therefore developed from the basic unit \"plot\". This complete documentation on the territory of the Plateau department does not exist, it will have to be put in place according to 83% of the respondents. The ULR makes it possible to identify taxpayers of property taxes, who claim to be “presumed owners”, and to quickly increase tax revenue, without waiting for a land reform (72%). However, the establishment of the ULR in the Plateau department does not only have advantages; it also has limitations. Overall, the application was rated 4.3 out of 5, indicating a successful and effective application with high usability, functionality, security/privacy, and maintainability. The results of this study demonstrate the potential of gamification techniques for enhancing preschooler's cognitive and recreational activities through interactive mobile applications. Solar energy can be converted into electrical energy using solar panels. The output power of a photovoltaic (PV) system is primarily affected by ambient temperature, solar irradiation, and the angle of incidence of the sun. Differences in the level of solar irradiation received by PV modules can be caused by cloudy weather, trees, buildings, and other objects that can cover the surface of the solar panels. When a PV module is partially shaded, the power output of the module becomes imbalanced. Unbalanced output power can cause multiple peaks on the PV characteristic curve, reducing overall output power. To obtain global-peak, a method for maximizing solar panel output power and an algorithm are required. The method is MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking). The goal of this research is to determine the maximum power point of PV in the condition of a partially shaded PV module and to design a boost converter. In this study, the MPPT control method with the Firefly algorithm is used to analyze solar panel output power in partially shaded conditions in order to avoid being trapped in the local peak. At 950 W/m2 irradiation and 35°C temperature, the maximum power output generated by the MPPT system on a 200 WP solar panel with the value of 56 Ω and 100 Ω loads is 82.85 W and 82.99 W. In partial shaded conditions on the solar panel by 25% at a temperature of 35ᴼC, the maximum power output generated by MPPT is 40.98 W and 40.82 W. In partial shaded conditions on the solar panel by 50% at a temperature of 35ᴼC, the maximum power output generated by MPPT is 38.81 W and 38.95 W. Partial shading conditions affect the maximum power point gain. The current article addresses the application of experience feedback to construction sites. As we shall argue, if the concept of experience feedback is applicable it would appear that the devices implemented in the construction sites are not taken into consideration and that, consequently, this sector faces significant risks. This present study enables us to propose an approach to improve experience feedback by taking into account the existence of different practices in a construction site.
