This research is quantitative with the cross-sectional method and uses a correlation technique (correlation research). The research population was 249 teachers and 153 respondents were taken as research samples using a proportional random sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire instrument and data analysis using test instruments (validity test and reliability test), descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, linear regression analysis, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the principal's transformational leadership on teacher discipline has a correlation coefficient of 0.523, school climate on teacher discipline has a correlation coefficient of 0.590, work morale on teacher discipline has a correlation coefficient of 0.215. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study was 177 teachers with samples of 122 teachers. The researcher used a random sampling technique to select the samples. To collect the data, the researcher used a questionnaire as an instrument that had been tested to ensure its validity and reliability requirements. The data were analyzed through descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there was an effect of organizational culture on teachers' organizational commitment, teachers' motivation on teacher organizational commitment, organizational culture on teachers' motivation, transformational leadership of principals on teachers' motivation, organizational culture through motivation towards teacher organizational commitment, and transformational leadership of principals through motivation to the commitment of the teacher's organization. There was no effect of the principal's transformational leadership on teachers' organizational commitment. There are four focuses raised in this study, namely: (1) Principal's strategy in implementing a mission vision; (2) Principal strategies in providing inspiring motivation; (3) Principal strategies in developing creative ideas; and (4) Principal strategies in giving individual attention. The research approach used is a qualitative type of multi-cases study. Data collection through participant observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation were then analyzed by individual case analysis and cross-case analysis. While checking data validity using internal validation, external validation, reliability, and objectivity. The results showed that the principal: (1) implemented the mission vision through the strategy of preparing vision and mission based on mutual agreement, building commitment, giving trust in a way of involving, providing an example, open, and daring to make decisions; (2) provide verbal and nonverbal motivation; (3) develop creative ideas through discussion forums, teach and guide school residents, and provide good service to the community; (4) paying individual attention by helping and assisting in the task, giving punishment by polite, respecting opinions, and providing rewards for achievement and achievement. This research uses a descriptive-verificative research method with a quantitative approach—the number of samples of this study is 176 teachers. Data collection instruments are questionnaires that have qualified for validity and reliability tests. Data analysis to test hypotheses using path analysis with multiple regression methods. The purpose of this study, researchers can determine the development of teacher professionalism from the aspects; 1) preparation; 2) implementation; 3) evaluation of the model for developing the professionalism of kindergarten teachers. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the design of several sites with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The stages include reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing with research conducted at TK Aisyiyah 39 Al Ummah Banjarmasin and TK Aisyiyah 42 Banjarmasin. In utilizing information, the existence of an Information System (SI) will be more systematic for certain interests. The purpose of this research is to describe in-depth and understand matters related to the management of academic information systems; namely, planning, organizing, implementing, supervising, and evaluating. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a multiple-case design. This research was conducted at Universitas Lambung Mangkurat (ULM), Banjarmasin, and Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Pangeran Antasari, Banjarmasin. The data collection techniques used in this research are interview techniques, observation, and documentation studies. The research results found; (1) Planning by updating the information systems and improving the quality of information will be more efficient for the satisfaction of information users and meet the needs of information recipients. (2) Distribution of tasks with coordinative communication and meet the needs will produce productive services and create convenience in delivering information for users and recipients of the information. (3) Implementation of services with electronic system updates will increase the effectiveness of the information quality. Also, doing socialization will support the increase in the information acquisition for information recipients. (4) Supervision of the updating of information systems will effectively improve the service quality for the information users.
