摘要

本研究旨在描述与分析:校长变革型领导、职业道德、成就动机与教师绩效;变革型领导对成就动机的影响职业道德对成就动机的影响变革型领导对教师绩效的影响职业道德对教师绩效的影响影响动机对教师绩效实现的影响成就动机对教师绩效变革领导的影响职业道德通过成就动机对教师绩效的影响。本研究采用描述性-验证性研究方法,采用定量研究方法,样本数量为176名教师。数据收集工具是通过有效性和可靠性测试的问卷。数据分析采用多元回归方法的通径分析来检验假设。结果表明:校长变革型领导、教师职业道德、教师绩效动机、教师绩效均属于高水平;校长的变革型领导对教师的卓越动机有直接影响;职业道德对教师成就动机的直接影响校长变革型领导对教师绩效有直接影响;教师职业道德对教师绩效有直接影响;教师动机对教师绩效有直接影响;校长变革型领导通过成就动机对教师绩效有间接影响;教师的职业道德通过教师的动机对教师的绩效产生间接影响。
