The number of research samples were 224 teachers at 42 public elementary schools from a population of 509 teachers. The data collection instrument with a questionnaire that has met the validity and reliability test requirements. Data analysis to test the hypothesis using descriptive and path analysis (path analysis) with multiple regression methods.
