The results of this study indicate that the principal's transformational leadership on teacher discipline has a correlation coefficient of 0.523, school climate on teacher discipline has a correlation coefficient of 0.590, work morale on teacher discipline has a correlation coefficient of 0.215. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership, school climate, and work spirit on the discipline of UPTD teachers at State Elementary Schools in Jorong District, Tanah Laut Regency.
