We construct the weighted networks of passes for both team based on database. Using the fractal dimension algorithm from massopust, we interpret the weighted networks and we highlight the most important passing pairs of the teams. We identify the progress from the passing pairs to the connected community. We also compare the fractal dimension values on the result passing networks on the players activity. We also highlight a new possible perspective on connecting micro-, meso-and macroscale analysis methods for football teams.","PeriodicalId":352411,"journal":{"name":"2019 22nd International Conference on Control Systems and Computer Science (CSCS)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127568117","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The water infrastructure and generally automation/SCADA systems may be vulnerable to attacks. In case of critical infrastructures, the protection is necessary because an eventual successful attack can cause major damages. The paper presents a solution for protecting water pumping stations from threats using a honeypot inside an OPC UA wrapping structure. As known, Industry 4.0 and Industrial Internet of Things concepts are moving the industry towards interoperability and interoperation. OPC UA is the defined and widely accepted interfacing solution. The transition to OPC UA for both new and legacy systems can be realized through wrappers, such middleware protocol conversion and data wrapping structures are studied and developed. The proposed honeypot is conceived for Node-RED based applications being able to access Modbus, S7, OPC UA local structures and exposing tags in OPC UA server. The implemented structure was tested proving satisfactory results.","PeriodicalId":352411,"journal":{"name":"2019 22nd International Conference on Control Systems and Computer Science (CSCS)","volume":"69 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125906260","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Moreover, online media is bound to grow even further in significance and popularity due to the increasing usage of smart devices. As such, it becomes of great interest to study and analyze various trends in online media. Considering the sheer number of articles that are published every day, a manual approach to generate meaningful statistics for large-scale media networks is unfeasible. In this paper, we aim to analyze some of the most visited online Romanian news websites using various Natural Language Processing techniques. Our analysis has two main highlights: the extraction of trending topics and concepts from the news, together with the objective of ranking publications in accordance to their relative influence within our generated network. Unlike other systems which rely on assigning influence according to direct links or citations, we propose a novel ranking method based on intertextuality links identified using document embeddings.","PeriodicalId":352411,"journal":{"name":"2019 22nd International Conference on Control Systems and Computer Science (CSCS)","volume":"37 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131188513","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Computers systems monitor and control the physical processes, through devices like sensors and actuators. Recent researches pointed out that middleware architecture are advantageous for CPS development. At their turn, physical devices have limited resources and computation power and are not always able to execute complex computation tasks. To assure adequate computational and physical resources, able to handle complex processes, some approaches proposed a Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) for CPS development. Using of Smart communication devices proved also to be efficient, due to their sensor type modules included. SOA provides to the users an integrated access and communication protocol which interacts with physical and software elements and facilitates the building of flexible systems, while preserving efficiency, scalability and security. This paper presents a CPS integrated transaction platform, which can be accessed using Smart devices, through mobile and wireless communication networks.","PeriodicalId":352411,"journal":{"name":"2019 22nd International Conference on Control Systems and Computer Science (CSCS)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"134040167","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The upper level controller calculates the desired acceleration to get sensors of the ACC vehicle and the lower level controller determines the throttle angle to calculate the necessary torque. The leader vehicle is assumed to follow a reference velocity set by the driver and the objective for ACC vehicle is to follow the preceding vehicle at a desired distance that depends on the vehicle. The simplified dynamics model for vehicle is considered in Longitudinal Vehicle Dynamics and is used in the development of the lower level controller. The PBC for the ideal case converter circuit leads to current and voltage offsets which are not tolerated in high-performance systems. All results have been obtained by simulation on both state-space averaging model and using the more realistic hybrid system model. The NPBC functions by keeping the prescribed inductor current at the desired value irrespective of the output load. With an appropriate computation of the equilibrium point in an adaptive manner, also shown in the paper, the capacitor voltage can be robustly controlled.","PeriodicalId":352411,"journal":{"name":"2019 22nd International Conference on Control Systems and Computer Science (CSCS)","volume":"121 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"124648791","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Donnan","doi":"10.1109/CSCS.2019.00091","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.1109/CSCS.2019.00091","url":null,"abstract":"Postural analysis has been traditionally assessed using linear methods such as standard deviation to track postural variability, however postural adjustment during dynamic movement is a function of nonlinear interactions of multiple systems including sensorimotor and vestibular systems that require nonlinear analysis. Kinesiology tape promoted as a means of improving physical performance by enhancing proprioception rather than providing support to joints such as the ankle and knee. In order to investigate whether kinesiology tape effects postural control, participants were assessed performing a dynamic balance task, whereby center of mass data would be analyzed using multifractal analysis in a repeated measures design. To gauge the potential influence of different neurophysiological or mechanical adaptations to the adhesion of tape to skin, and not necessarily the properties of a specific type of tape, static tape was also assessed. Four individuals, free of injury, performed the Y Balance Test without tape, and with the application of static tape and kinesiology tape applied at the quadriceps, triceps surae and ankle. Both tapes were applied to the lower limb during separate testing sessions. All participants completed the Y Balance Test. Using the Y Balance test as a surrogate measure of proprioception influences postural control, multifractal dimension analysis was used to quantify the dynamic changes in the center of mass whilst undertaking the Y Balance Test. Statistical analysis included the Kruskal Wallis test to allow for non-normally distributed data and a Bonferroni corrected pairwise T test as a post hoc test to ascertain pairwise differences between the three conditions. Significance was set at 0.05. The fractal analysis of the dynamic changes in center of mass showed a typical multifractal, nonlinear spectrum with significant differences between the control and both taping conditions (static and kinesiology tape conditions, p = 0.021 and 0.09 respectively). Proprioception as part of postural stability is a nonlinear mechanism that plays a role in postural control. Both kinesiology tape can potentially improve proprioception at the ankle joint.","PeriodicalId":352411,"journal":{"name":"2019 22nd International Conference on Control Systems and Computer Science (CSCS)","volume":"55 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-05-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128264774","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
