This paper presents a novel IC value calculation model. Different from previous studies, the novel model considers the context characteristics of concepts in knowledge ontology, such as the depth of concepts, the number of sibling nodes or the number of leaf nodes of concepts, and introduces the dynamic parameter K to dynamically adjust the influence of depth factor on IC value. In the case of a small amount of COVID-19 data, data enhancement was proposed to expanded COVID-19 data 17 times. Our model aims at transfer learning, model integration and classify chest X-Ray images according to three labels: normal, COVID-19 and viral pneumonia. According to the accuracy and loss value, choose the models ResNet-101 and ResNet-152 with good effect for fusion, and dynamically improve their weight ratio during the training process. After training, the model can achieve 96.1% of the types of chest X-Ray images accuracy on the test set. This technology has higher sensitivity than radiologists in the screening and diagnosis of lung nodules. This letter focuses on the constrained capacity, i.e., the mutual information with given distribution of the source, computation with given modulation. The complexity analysis shows that the complexity of the constrained capacity computation based on the definition grows exponentially with the number of antennas at the base station. We reduce part of the computation by deriving the definition formulas, and propose the Monte-Carlo method to calculate the remaining part. With the efforts, we reduce the complexity down to polynomial. The numerical results show that the proposed method provides the estimation of the constrained capacity with small error if the number of Monte-Carlo tests is large enough. Analysis based on the numerical results is shown, which provides the system designer a basis for choosing modulation type and signal-to-noise ration level. The system consists of the algorithm of AGV detection and recognition in the global vision and operation control. Through projective transformation of real-time video, a global map is generated. In order to ensure the real-time identification and positioning of AGV, an algorithm combining the inter-frame difference method and local dynamic tracking is proposed. With an omni-directional AGV with three Mecanums, the above method is verified. The main contributions of this research are to design an emergency command system that can accurately detect the road lamp failure and plan the optimal path for the maintenance engineer to the fault road lamp node. Firstly, the fault diagnosis model is established for road lamp based on Rough Set theory. Then, the optimal path is planned from maintenance station to failure lamp location by the Dijkstra algorithm. Finally, the software of fault detection and emergency command system is developed for urban road lighting. Therefore, it is very necessary to formally model the Internet of Things service based on the external environment where the Internet of Things service is located, and analyze and verify the model in combination with user requirements to ensure the correctness, reliability and stability of the Internet of Things system. For this reason, based on the idea of environment-oriented and fully considering the needs of users, a formal modeling method for Internet of Things services is proposed. Based on the description methods of the atomic service of the Internet of Things, the environment entities interacting with the service and the user requirements, the probabilistic timed automata is used to complete the modeling of the Internet of Things service and its physical environment, and the temporal logic formula is used to complete the modeling of the user requirements. Finally, taking the application scenario of intelligent clinic in the Internet of Things of hospital as an example, the specific modeling process of the Internet of Things service is explained, and the effectiveness and feasibility of the above modeling method are analyzed. While aligning knowledge base with the corpus, distant supervision leads to a mass of wrong labels which are defined as noise. The pattern-based denoising model has achieved great progress in selecting trustable sentences (instances). However, the writing of relation-specific patterns heavily relies on expert’s knowledge and is a high labor intensity work. To solve these problems, we propose a noise reduction framework, NOIR, to iteratively select trustable sentences with a little help of a human. Under the guidance of experts, the iterative process can avoid semantic drift. Besides, NOIR can help experts discover relation-specific tokens that are hard to think of.
