Wireless relay system can improve the shortcomings of insufficient wireless coverage. Compared with base stations, wireless relay system has many obvious advantages, such as the low cost, low investment, and good maintenance, etc. The architecture of the wireless relay system is built and implemented. The main functional modules included in the architecture are introduced in detail, and the radio frequency module, digital front-end and digital baseband processing module are explained separately. Mining the hidden information in teaching data plays an important role in analyzing and modeling professional competence for students. Therefore, we propose a method for constructing a competence management model based on teaching data. By using knowledge graph technology, the model establishes a semantic network which includes seven competence entities and four kinds of relationships between them. To apply and evaluate the competence management method, the model is instantiated by using teaching data from computer science. In the part of named entity recognition, this paper uses the BiLSTM_CNN_CRF model. Compared with the BiLSTM_CRF model, the precision is improved by 1.50%, the recall rate is improved by 1.47% and the F1-score is improved by 1.48%. In the part of entity similarity calculation, in order to help students manage their competence better, the similarity of competence entities and the degree words are calculated respectively. In this work, the icing index is calculated using the interpolation method to process the sounding data of multiple stations in China. The results show that: 1) Before and after the summer rainfall process, there are obvious changes in the ice accretion index in the 4–6km height area of Northeast China, and the areas with serious ice accretion are basically coincident with the areas with large rainfall estimates. 2) In the process of snowfall in winter, the ground snow has an impact on the ice accumulation index in the east of China. When there is snow on the ground, the ice accumulation in low altitude is serious. We use the designed alveolar gas collector to collect the alveolar gas of subjects for the electronic nose experiment. The electronic nose system has completed chemical and exhaled breath tests. The results of chemical tests show the good repeatability of the developed medical electronic nose for lung cancer diagnosis in this paper, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) values of five feature classes are calculated, respectively. In the exhaled breath test, the test data are processed with six normalization methods. It is found that the data classification effect of the data after the quantile normalization is better than that after the other five normalizations. For this purpose, the link prediction technology is used in this paper to predict the accuracy of 24 kinds of similarity indexes in the Matador database. The accuracy of link prediction based on structural similarity depends on whether the definition of structural similarity can grasp the structural characteristics of the target network well. And it does not need to know the information of nodes and edges of the network in advance. Most existing methods of mining missing directed links are based on structural similarity and the inner contributions of neighborhood nodes are usually ignored. In this paper, taking node attributes into consideration, the potential value of each node is deduced based on a value transfer function. Combing the effects of two significant network motifs, a potential value index (PVI) for link prediction is proposed. PVI can utilize the in-depth information of surrounding environments. It also reflects the motivation of link formation in directed social networks. Experimental results on eight real-world social networks show that PVI outperforms eight state-of-the-art indices with only a quasi-local complexity. Paper citations as an indicator to measure academic influence have essential reference value for future research directions. Aiming at the future paper citation number prediction problem, we propose a citation number prediction model based on the recurrent neural network method with gated recurrent unit(GRU-CPM). In this paper, we first extract features from real data sets that are useful for predicting the number of citations in papers, and then the features were input into GRU-CPM for prediction. Finally, the prediction results are compared with other regression models. Experimental results demonstrate that the GRU-CPM has higher prediction accuracy and faster convergence speed. Differential privacy is a rigorous and provable privacy protection method that can protect privacy for a single piece of data. But existing differential privacy online learning methods have great limitations in the scope of application and accuracy. Aiming at this problem, we propose a more general and accurate algorithm, named DPOL-CT, for differential privacy online learning. We first distinguish the difference in differential privacy protection between offline learning and online learning. Then we prove that the DPOL-CT algorithm achieves (∊, δ)-differential privacy for online learning under the Gaussian, the Laplace and the Staircase mechanisms and enjoys a sublinear expected regret bound. We further discuss the trade-off between the differential privacy level and the regret bound.
