地震应急视频会议系统是地震应急指挥的重要手段,也是日常会议办公工作的重要方式。介绍了视频会议系统的组成和关键技术,以及北京地震局应急指挥中心视频会议系统的建设发展情况。阐述了视频会议系统在地震应急指挥和日常业务中的应用,分析了视频会议系统的优点。提出了今后工作中资源的合理利用和系统的安全问题,供进一步探讨。

Earthquake emergency video conference system is an important method of earthquake emergency command, and also an important way of daily meeting office work.
