To overcome this anxiety, the benefits of Gentle Birth are needed so that mothers can give birth in peace, free from fear and anxiety. Purpose: This study was to determine the relationship between preparation for gentle birth and the degree of anxiety of first pregnant women in facing labour. Method: the research used was a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional design which was carried out at PMB Mutiara Medan Sunggal in October 2022. The total population used as the research sample was 30 respondents using the total sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire with an ordinal scale. Results: 19 people (79,2%) did a good gentle birth preparation with low anxiety, 5 people (20,8%) had high anxiety. Meanwhile, there were 2 respondents (33,3%) who did not prepare for gentle birth with a low degree of anxiety, and 4 people (66,7%) with a high degree of anxiety. In the Statistical Test (Chi Square), a p-value of 0.090 is obtained, meaning that this value is < alpha (0.05). Thus it is concluded that H0 is rejected. A Penitentiary is an Institution that aims to provide Coaching to Inmates including Female Inmates. This research uses an empirical juridical method which uses data obtained from social symptoms related to this study and based on applicable norms. Implementation of guidance for women in prisons based on Law Number 12 of 1995 concerning Correctional Services which has been explained that an Inmate who although has lost its independence, but in the penitentiary still has the rights as a citizen and its rights have been guaranteed by the State. In the Implementation – Implementation of Guidance for Female Inmates who are in the Tanjung Gusta Medan Penitentiary has been effective as seen from the work programs that have been implemented to develop skills be it from the arts or even the religion. Laws and regulations have mandated a lot about gender equality regarding the position between men and women in the aspect of nation and state. This virus is transmitted through the air, thats why we are always asked to wear a mask when not at home. Therefore, the Government has implemented the restrictions on community activities (PPKM) due to the increasing number of COVID-19 cases, so people have to work from home. This makes it difficult for people who run small businesses to earn an income. This study aims to determine the impact of Covid-19 on the economy of people with lower income in Simalingkar A and to find out how the government took steps to overcome this. This study uses a naturalistic method carried out in natural conditions with a descriptive qualitative approach by explaining several questions through interviews. The conclusion of this study is that only a few lower class people have been affected by the economic impact of Covid-19 and the government made a program, BLT UMKM, (Permenkop No. 2 of 2021) and Pre-employment programs as a solution. As for fiduciary guarantees, which are guarantees for the rights of tangible or intangible movable objects, immovable objects such as buildings. In this case, the building cannot be subject to mortgages as stated in Law Number 04 of 11996 concerning mortgages which are stated to remain in the power of the fiduciary giver as collateral for the settlement of certain debts, where the priority position is the fiduciary recipientx against other creditors. \u0000On this occasion, the author will discuss a discussion entitled, “Juridical Review of the Execution of Guarantees x Fiduciary x Debtors x Defaults”. In this discussion, the research methodx that is usedx to fulfill related material is the normative legal research methodx which uses data collection techniques from written sources such as books and heritage studies as well as other supporting sources. Looking at the title, it is conveyed regarding the execution of fiduciary guarantees, where this can be done if the debtor or fiduciary giver deviates from the promise, in this case the execution is carried out by implementing executorial title as stated in Article v15vayat2. As for what is stated regarding the sale of xobjects that are objects of fiduciary guarantees for the power of fiduciary recipients through general customers. Sales proceeds are obtained by obtaining the highest price so that it will benefit both parties based on applicable law. Information technology is currently a two-edged sword, because, in addition to improving welfare, progress, and human civilization, it is also an effective means of committing illegal acts. The lack of human resources prepared to use information technology, both intellectually and psychologically, has made the complexity of information technology a tool that is easy to use as a criminal medium, or has influenced the birth of new things in everyday life. The approach method of reviewing the problem studied in terms of legal science and conducting an analysis of the legal norms and regulations that apply in laws and regulations based on primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials is used in this study. to make conclusions based on the data collected during the study. The occurrence of criminal acts of threats of violence carried out through the electronic system, namely the short message service (SMS), is specifically influenced by psychological and sociological factors, and generally occurs as a result of the perpetrators' lack of legal awareness in social life. If the elements of criminal responsibility are met, criminal responsibility for the perpetrators of these crimes can be sought. The application of the law against perpetrators of criminal acts of threats of violence via short message services (SMS) was found to be in accordance with legal procedures based on trial facts in the study of the decisions examined.
