The declining phenomenon in purchase decisions is evident from the decrease in the number of units sold. Personal selling is currently focused only on exhibitions in shopping centers, thus not operating optimally. The promotions tend to rely more on discounts and less varied trade promotions, providing limited choices for consumers. The well-known brand image of Mitsubishi, perceived positively by consumers for its quality, is acknowledged. The research methodology employs quantitative research with data analysis using descriptive methods. The population in this study consists of 128 customers at PT Dipo International Pahala Otomotif, with a sample determined through simple random sampling, totaling 97 customers. The conclusions drawn from the research indicate that, both partially and simultaneously, personal selling, promotion, and brand image have a positive and significant impact on purchase decisions, with a coefficient of determination of 93.8%.","PeriodicalId":351148,"journal":{"name":"Priviet Social Sciences Journal","volume":"51 33","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"138592944","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, the operation of SMEs is not without various challenges, including low productivity due to the quality of human resources, limited production tools, insufficient capital, and inadequate financial management. Small-business activities often face failure or bankruptcy due to the lack of ability to manage finances effectively. SMEs located in industrial areas need knowledge input to develop their businesses. In this regard, the role of the government is crucial in fostering and providing training for SMEs, especially in Tanjungpinang. The purpose of this research is to understand how spiritual leadership contributes and influences the improvement of employee performance. The research methodology employed is a literature study using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques involve gathering information from books, journals, websites, and other sources. The findings of this research indicate that to achieve competitive advantage, organizations require various supporting factors, and one of these supporters is spiritual leadership, which aims to build high commitment across all organizational components in achieving common goals. Performance can be understood differently depending on the individuals involved in organizational performance considerations, requiring knowledge of personality or behavior related to the accountable field and the ability to quantify the results. The conclusion drawn from this research is that religious physiological performance (prophetic work ethic) is measured by the use of natural resources, expertise, technology, and capital in an Islamic manner. Religious psychological performance is measured by the utilization of health, social interactions, recognition, and self-improvement in an Islamic way. Spiritual performance is measured by the level of trust, honesty, trustworthiness, and sincere intentions in work and production orientation in an Islamic manner. Spiritual leadership is leadership that brings the worldly dimension to the spiritual (divine) dimension, addressing the fundamental needs between leaders and followers in the organization's sustainability towards shared spirituality, leading to increased commitment and productivity for the organization. The importance of management creating spirituality in the workplace lies in its ability to stimulate creativity, which in turn enhances competitiveness. In fulfilling their roles, employee performance cannot operate in isolation but is linked to the leadership role and the level of motivation obtained by the company. Therefore, leaders in a company should understand the importance of spiritual leadership that can influence employee performance in the company.","PeriodicalId":351148,"journal":{"name":"Priviet Social Sciences Journal","volume":"427 ","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-11-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139204806","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This includes inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. For hospitals to be competitive, it is imperative that they offer high-quality services, adhere to standards, and serve all demographics. Drawing data from 341 Hospital Service Quality Surveys, the development of hospitals allows patients to determine which institution best meets their care needs. One of the challenges is ensuring patient satisfaction, thus building trust in the provided services. Factors influencing the quality of health services include the availability of resources, service facilities during the insurance period, ease of accessing information, and timeliness of services. The Royal Prima Medan Hospital emphasizes the utmost importance of public safety in its services. The study aims to understand the influence of responsibility and reliability on insurance company safety. This research is a descriptive analytical study conducted at the Royal Prima Medan Hospital, located at Puskesmas Padang Bulan. Data collection methods ranged from observation, questionnaires, interviews, documentation to literature review. The analysis compared the results of the K-Means and K-Methoids Clustering algorithms, with the K-Means method yielding five clusters and a satisfaction score of 2.701288, while the K-Methoids method resulted in two clusters with a satisfaction score of 2.71. The comparative analysis revealed that the K-Methoids Clustering method produces fewer clusters than the K-Means method.","PeriodicalId":351148,"journal":{"name":"Priviet Social Sciences Journal","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125118841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Using a purposive sampling approach, the study engaged 1 teacher and 20 students to discern the broader implications of a teacher's role beyond traditional instruction. Findings highlighted teachers' dual capacities as \"Educators\" and \"Innovators.\" As educators, they embed values, address academic challenges, and foster commendable communication. As innovators, they employ diverse, creative teaching methods, facilitating interactive sessions that stimulate student engagement and motivation. These dual roles underscore the transformative power of proactive teaching, revealing its potential to not only convey curriculum but to inspire and motivate, making learning a more enriching experience. The study underscores the need for an evolved teaching paradigm that goes beyond conventional methods to cultivate a truly engaging educational environment.","PeriodicalId":351148,"journal":{"name":"Priviet Social Sciences Journal","volume":"104 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-08","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128016803","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
