This process begins after medical discharge and continues up to the return to play, involving the different professionals in the field of healthcare and led by the sports physician. Planning consists of three phases, defined by muscular action (isometric, concentric and eccentric); kinetic chain (closed or open); range of movement (internal, medial, external and total); and exercise orientation (general, directed and specific). This required a systematic search of the literature published between 2000 and 2016 in PubMed, Web of Science, and Sport-Discus, as well as in the references cited in retrieved articles. The publication language was Spanish or English, and a total of 9 items were recovered and analysed.</p><p>Most studies suggest that foot sensory feedback is essential in maintaining the general (postural and displacement) and specific (sports) patterns. A documental and bibliographic review of scientific articles published from January 1999 to February 2016 was performed in order to update existing knowledge of physical activity on the health of teachers at international level. The databases searched were Medline, Scopus and Scielo. The search was performed using PubMed, and classified by 2<!--> <!-->search targets. The following keywords were used: physical activity, physical exercise, and teachers; in English and Spanish (<em>actividad física, ejercicio físico, docentes</em>). Those studies implementing physical activity, at international level, of any kind to teachers were selected. The program led by the Department of Sports Medicine of Minorca Insular Council was divided into four levels of performance, which include the following areas: educational (interventions directed at schools and primary education classrooms); community (actions encompassing different sectors of society, including the development of urban healthy walking routes and interventions related to sustained mobility); prescription of physical exercise (cooperation with </span>Primary Care Centres for prescribing physical exercise to subjects with cardiovascular risk factors); and scientific-academic (continuing education activities for healthcare personnel). Nevertheless, there has been a lot of research in which patients have shown some type of ventricular cardiac arrhythmia. This has worried some professionals who have been utilising this kind of training. As a result of this, professionals have begun revising and analyzing the scientific evidence from the last ten years. This investigation was focused on the review of possible development of arrhythmias and cardiovascular alterations that endurance sports can cause. In the following systematic review, we evaluate publications that show a direct relation between endurance sports and cardiac arrhythmias from 2006 to 2016. Twelve articles were identified and then grouped by different effects on the heart. A good MC helps young people have a greater repertoire of motor options in which they feel competent to decide on their lifestyle. The aim of this study was to draw a profile of mood states, depression, sleep quality, sleepiness and anxiety, of a Paralympic athletics team over a seven-month period.</p></div><div><h3>Materials and methods</h3><p>An assessment was made of 19 athletes from the Brazilian athletics team at the end of season, beginning of season, and pre-competition. The assessments were performed using following questionnaires: profile of mood states, Beck Depression Inventory, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Epworth Sleepiness Scale, and the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory. The results were expressed as the mean and standard deviation, and the significance level was set at <em>p</em> <!--><<!--> <!-->0.05.</p></div><div><h3>Results</h3><p>Most of the athletes exhibited a median level of trait-state anxiety at the end and at the beginning of the season. There was difference between: pre-competition and the end of season in the vigor domain, which was increased in the pre-competition; pre-competition and the beginning of the season in the total duration of sleep, with an increase in the pre-competition; the beginning and the end of the season, in sleep latency, with a decrease at the beginning of the season.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><p>The period during the sport season can alter psychobiological variables, such as low vigor, daytime sleepiness, with greater sleep latency at the end of the season, and poor sleep quality at the beginning of the season.
