The system is designed based on CC2630. At the data acquisition layer, the water temperature, PH value and dissolved oxygen value are collected. At the AP layer, the data processing is completed. At the upper monitoring layer, the management department supervises the water quality. The hardware and software of the system are designed, and the networking principle of ZigBee network is analyzed. At the same time, the bidirectional ignition technology is designed by using electronic switch and positive and negative electric technology. With the combination of two technologies. the application of pressure pulse coding control technology form two kinds of pressure codes, positive and negative electric output, as the judgment standard of control output. The two groups of codes correspond to the positive and negative output of bidirectional ignition technology, which can realize clustering ignition and hierarchical control of oil and gas wells. This paper reveals the development law of population change in Jiangsu Province through data mining, explores the spatial characteristics of the educated population in Jiangsu Province, analyzes the impact mechanism of population change on education, and puts forward relative policy suggestions based on statistical measurement. The results show that the people receiving elementary education and higher education in Jiangsu Province increased, while the people receiving vocational education decreased. From the standpoint of spatial distribution patterns, the education attainment of cities in Jiangsu Province is unevenly distributed. From the perspective of spatial autocorrelation, there is a strong positive correlation between the number of people receiving elementary education, a negative correlation between the number of people receiving higher education and a weak positive correlation between the number of people receiving vocational education in Jiangsu Province. From the perspective of regional differences, the regional difference in the population receiving higher education in Jiangsu Province is great difference, and the regional differences between the population receiving elementary and vocational education are small. To solve this problem, an end-to-end speech enhancement method combining attention mechanisms to improve GAN is proposed to apply a combined attention mechanism fusing channel and space between convolutional layers of SEGAN to obtain more contextual information of speech in both channel and space dimensions and extract more accurate feature information. Experimental results demonstrate that the method outperforms the baseline model in both speech quality and intelligibility. The purpose of this paper is to study the design of new media advertising visualization system based on recommendation algorithm. First of all, this paper summarizes the working methods of web crawler, elaborates the visualization tools in detail, and discusses the current situation and development of Weibo advertisement recommendation. On this basis, an improved algorithm is proposed. Design and develop a personalized advertising recommendation visualization system based on user interests. The main body of this system is the microblog platform. This paper conducts experiments on the advertisement recommendation algorithm by collecting microblog texts of different users. It includes BP11/BP13, HP24/36, SC and HP3.The main function is to filter the harmonics in the high voltage AC busbar and provide reactive power compensation for the entire converter station. The circuit breaker of the converter station adopts the closing resistor to suppress closing inrush current and overvoltage during the closing operation of the group filter. At present, the closing resistor of AC filter circuit breaker in converter station is abnormal frequently, and the design has defects. It is planned to carry out the phase selection closing of the AC filter circuit breaker of the whole station. However, the evaluation and demonstration of the relevant content of the AC filter insulation coordination after the phase selection closing transformation has not been carried out. The results show that single-event upset (SEU) of the memory cell occurred only in the write operation. The SEU of the cell was caused by the single-event transient (SET) of the peripheral circuit and the selection transistor. The dominant SEE type in dynamic modes was single-event functional interruption (SEFI). Some SEFIs could revert on their own in the next cycle, the rest needed a power cycle. We classified and analyzed all SEFIs into different types according to the number of cycles (or recovery mode) and the address distribution of the error data. Firstly, the identification framework of evidence theory is improved; secondly, Spearman correlation coefficient is introduced to represent the correlation between evidences; thirdly, a new confidence entropy is defined to describe the inconsistent uncertainty and non-specific uncertainty between evidences; then, the evidence set is modified by the combination of correlation and confidence entropy; finally, Dempster combination rule is used for information fusion.
