In order to solve these problems, an improved control method combining pulse frequency modulation (PFM) and phase-shift pulse modulation (PS-PWM) is proposed, which adopts phase-shift control in the case of low voltage and low power, and adopts frequency control for high voltage and high power, effectively broadening the output range of the LLC. Compared with the traditional variable frequency control, the improved hybrid control resonant converter has the following advantages: wide voltage range, narrow frequency and low circulating current loss. In the design process, the mechanical structure part of itself is analyzed by SolidWorks 3D modeling. Taking the factors of system stability and economy into consideration, this article uses dual-machine hot-backup system based on master-slave mode. In this article, DSP and FPGA are used as the CPU of the control system, which can communicate with the digital input board, digital output board and relay board through the backplane bus. The CPU, digital input board, output board and relay board in the control system need redundant design and in order to balance the specific working conditions and working modes, different redundancy optimization schemes are designed for different parts of the control system. The test platform is built to test the synchronization ability, fault detection ability and redundancy switching ability of the control system. However, the Cartographer algorithm has many parameters and different parameters affect each other. It means the workload of parameter adjustment is heavy, and the efficiency is low as well. To solve this problem, a method of parameter adjustment was proposed in this paper. Firstly, the parameters of Cartographer algorithm were classified, and the design principle of each parameter was analyzed to estimate its value range. Then, the algorithm was run with different value of each parameter which was in the same data set, and the running results were counted. The influence of parameter values on the algorithm was analyzed according to the given evaluation scheme. Finally, the appropriate values and the adjustment method of the parameters were given. In this paper, we design a 4.5T pure electric logistics vehicle, select key components for the target vehicle, and use AVL-CRUISE software for modeling and simulation analysis to verify the power and economy of the vehicle. The digital phase locked loop (DPLL) model is used to achieve the slave clock synchronization with the master clock. The fastest descent method is proposed to reduce the convergence time, by optimizing the filter parameters of the DPLL adaptively. BP neural network has the capability of non-linear mapping, self-learning and self-adaptation, and the fusion performance is good, the application of a wide range.
