To avoid Covid 19 transmission, business organizations should adopt new cultural behaviors that align with proper health protocols to avoid Covid 19 transmission. This is because there are differences in the behaviors of business organizations. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study. It focuses on business and management mitigation risk factors in Covid 19 pandemic, as well as their impact on its transmission. The results show that the Covid 19 pandemic risk impacts private businesses as well as the state as a public organization entity equally responsible for solving the problem. Furthermore, no business is ready with adequate risk management planning for Covid 19 transmission. This has an impact on the risk of uncertainty for business sustainability. Moreover, there needs to be a proper theoretical, conceptual, and empirical risk management mitigation of Covid 19 transmission. Consequently, this enhances the control of transmission in office and business place clusters.","PeriodicalId":349016,"journal":{"name":"Budapest International Research and Critics Institute (BIRCI-Journal): Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"46 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131011671","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Pandemic conditions that cause changes in behavior to limit all social activities to prevent transmission. By using a reference study supported by secondary data, this research aims to describe, explain and analyze poverty among women during the pandemic, then produce ideas on how to solve the problem of poverty in women. The results of this reference study found that poverty that occurs in women is caused by restrictions on social activity behavior in the community, resulting in a decrease in income in the family which impacts on women's poverty. Women are a vulnerable group to survive the Covid-19 pandemic without the support of adequate facilities and skills in mastering information technology, so women find it difficult to build and produce a creative economy. Even though during the Covid-19 pandemic, creative economy players were able to survive the downturn in economic conditions. Women are more susceptible to being poor. Conscious efforts are needed in these women to get up and add skills in mastering technology in building a creative economy.","PeriodicalId":349016,"journal":{"name":"Budapest International Research and Critics Institute (BIRCI-Journal): Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"52 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-02-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122579843","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The interest of having a job is the most important interest of every society. Because by having a job, people have income to meet their daily needs.This study discusses the policy of the hotel to lay off employees while in the work agreement, employees have the right to pay that they must receive in accordance with the work contract. It is true that no one knows if the COVID 19 pandemic that attacks all countries in the world has had many adverse effects on society. One of the most important impacts is the decline in income and business due to government policies that require reducing the number of people gathering or creating crowds in Indonesia. As a result of this decreased income, employers made efforts to lay off employees to prevent their business from rolling down. However, this policy creates losses for employees who work in the place of business. The conclusion that can be drawn is a violation of the contents of the agreement if when laying off employees or workers but they do not give their rights, namely salary, because salary is the right of every employee who works, and when leaving but not returning to employ an employee where the contract is still valid it is a violation of the contents of the contract, except with the agreement and conditions to terminate the employee's unilateral contract with compensation for severance pay by the hotel. However, this will be difficult if the employees who are dismissed and not given a salary and who are not called back to work are employees who work under an oral agreement. Because there is no written agreement that is binding and proves what was agreed upon orally between the employee and the entrepreneur.","PeriodicalId":349016,"journal":{"name":"Budapest International Research and Critics Institute (BIRCI-Journal): Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"3 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130850245","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It can be said that this pandemic is a human tragedy since a lot of people suffer and are seriously ill. The global economy and social institutions are struggling, which adds to totalitarian and oppressive regimes in many nations. In the household sector, COVID-19 has caused vulnerability to family resilience, where the pandemic of a family head has lost his job and income, which impacts the family economy. This will cause various further impacts, such as disharmony, leading to Domestic Violence (KDRT). Therefore, the government needs to make a policy breakthrough in dealing with Domestic Violence (KDRT). Therefore this study aims to discuss government policies, especially local governments, in handling domestic violence due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to provide an overview of the object studied. The results showed that domestic violence increased along with the development of the COVID-19 pandemic. Law No. 23 of 2004 concerning the elimination of domestic violence is not capable of being the only way to deal with these acts of domestic violence. This is due to the implementation that is not running optimally because several regions have high patriarchal culture and have regional policies that contradict the law. This research also encourages local governments to make a policy that involves third parties such as NGOs and organizations dealing with discrimination against women and children. This policy can be more pro-domestic violence victims while being monitored with protocols that apply during the COVID -19 pandemic of this.","PeriodicalId":349016,"journal":{"name":"Budapest International Research and Critics Institute (BIRCI-Journal): Humanities and Social Sciences","volume":"166 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-01-22","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115315114","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
