The main focus of Eshmun Hospital is the accuracy of doctors in diagnosing diseases, responsive patient care, hospital security, hospital access roads, completeness of facilities, and medicines. The research method used in this research is six sigma, pareto diagram, failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), fishbone diagram, and value stream mapping. The conclusions obtained from this research are after repairs are made to the inpatient service activities of the hospital. Eshmun eats service activities which were originally 15 activities reduced to 11 activities, this can save time in carrying out services. Activities that are non-value add are very detrimental, including: the data collection service process is still done manually, patients are still waiting to receive treatment, there are some doctors who are not professional. Gojek also provides various other services such as GoRide, GoCar, GoFood, GoMart, GoBox, and GoSend. There are various kinds of services provided by Gojek which are expected to be able to maintain and improve service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of satisfaction of Universitas Prima Indonesia students with gojek online transportation services. This type of research is a research using survey method. The minimum number of samples that must be taken is 60 people so that the sample can represent the total population. This research uses importance performance analysis (IPA). Importance performance analysis (IPA) is a method used to measure the level of service satisfaction that is included in the quadrants on the importance performance matrix map. This study uses research and development methods by developing electronic soccer teaching materials based on competency standards through needs analysis from lecturers and students. Based on the results of the needs analysis for soccer course lecturers, 90% and 95% of students taking basic soccer courses stated that it was necessary to develop electronic soccer teaching materials for the needs of basic soccer lectures. The results of the validation of the feasibility of content, media feasibility and material feasibility obtained an average of 77.7% (very good) for content feasibility: 81.7% (very good) for media feasibility: and 80.3 (very good) good) for the feasibility of the material. With the average validation result of the three components is 79.9% (very good). The results of the effectiveness test of electronic soccer teaching materials in small-scale trials obtained an average percentage of 89.6%. The data used is sourced from the company's financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the sample has been selected based on predetermined criteria. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016–2020 totaling 30 companies, with purposive sampling method, the sample received is 12 companies. From this research, it can be seen that sales growth and working capital turnover partially effect financial distress significantly. Institutional ownership and debt to equity ratio have an insignificant effect on financial distress. Experts believe that regional cooperation is a key effort that should be done to deal the COVID-19 pandemic. Regional cooperation starts with common interests among parties and provides benefits for every country involved in it. This article provides an overview of the socio-economic impact of COVID-19 as well as a comparison of the forms of regional cooperation carried out by Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and the European Union (EU) in responding COVID-19. This study uses literature studies in data collection. From the results of several studies that have been carried out before, both regions chose to conduct cooperation in the health and economic fields to respond to COVID-19. ASEAN's response in responding to the pandemic can be seen stronger in the principles of partnership that have been established with several partner countries. In addition, the principle of solidarity, exchange of information, knowledge, as well as strengthening institutional cooperation in ASEAN itself is an important point in the regional cooperation carried out. On the other hand, in addition to cooperation in the health sector, EU focuses on financial instruments among its collaborative approaches in the availability of aid packages to banking actors and institutions. The data for this qualitative study derives from a questionnaire to 26 respondents namely, school leaders, school administration, students and PJOK teachers in SMA Negeri I Simpang Tiga. While the research question posed is \"What type of leadership characteristics are generally the most dominant adopted or implemented by PJOK teachers at SMA Negeri I Simpang Tiga\". In this study, the types of case studies are qualitative. Interviews and literary studies, field observations, and documentation were used for data collection techniques in this study. In this study, the analysis coincided with data collection on the ground. The investigator reduces data obtained in the field by analyzing the data, sorting each information by focusing on research, and drawing conclusions in each direction. Triangulation techniques (sources and methods/technics), observations and member checks are applied to check the validity of the data used in this study. From this research, it can be seen that good public relations or public relations in educational institutions are public relations that can implement the goals, visions and missions that have been set in real terms. The concept and mission are not merely a slogan but are used as the basis for carrying out these public relations duties properly. To make it happen, the vision and mission of public relations in educational institutions need to be supported and the active role of various components in the educational institution, both principals, teachers including all members of the school or educational institution. With the application of this interactive multimedia learning model, it is hoped that it will increase students' interest in learning mathematics. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method with a class action method. In this study, the authors analyzed the data from the pre-test and post-test scores from both classes. The population in this study were all students of MTS PP ATH-TOHIRIYAH Gunung Selamat grade VII, totaling 40 students. The sampling technique used is probability sampling using cluster sampling. From the results of data analysis, it is known that there is a difference between the average value of student learning outcomes before and after the implementation where the average value of the experimental pre-test is 56.60% and the control pre-test is 66.70% and becomes 86.55% for the experimental post-test and 75.30% for the control post-test. The experimental class increased by 29.95%, while the control class only increased by 8.60%. It is very important to know because it gives the answer of education’s challenging faced covid-19 situation for the students’ safe and comfortable. This research is survey research to describe the implementation of digital literacy through level of digital literacy as challenging pandemic situation. Data collection techniques using the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The four concept was constructed referred to Bawden (2008) such as basic literacy skills (reading and writing), background information knowledge (intellectual level), skills in the field of ICT, and attitudes and perspectives. This needs to be known to identify how far digital literacy was important for the students in their studying since Covid- 19 situation.  This research involved 20 respondents who always use digital literacy in their study. The data was collected from the distribution of digital literacy questionnaire instruments for the  students, then the data was describing through percentage to know how the students’ level of digital legacy when there are teaching learning process. The findings indicate that respondents have a high level of digital literacy. In the aspect of basic digital literacy skills, all respondents were able to connect to the platform to take part in online learning, and were able to use worksheet technology to write assignment articles according to the provisions. In the aspect of background information knowledge, almost all respondents were able to find learning supplements in the form of reference articles and find their relevance based on the abstracts of the articles. In the main aspects of digital literacy, most respondents are able to cite the relevant sections to compile assignment articles, and are able to compare the contents of several reference articles. Of course, in carrying out these activities, living things need a healthy environment and a comfortable atmosphere. Environmental problems are generally caused by natural events, rapid population growth, overuse of natural resources, industrialization and transportation. One of them is the waste problem. Waste produced by humans has an influence on environmental changes. The implementation of waste management is intended so that waste can be managed properly to create a clean and healthy living environment. This study aims to formulate the best alternative policy as an effort to address the problems of implementing waste management in Lamongan Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. In formulating policy alternatives using Bridgman and Davies' policy analysis process theory which consists of five stages, namely 1) Formulation of Policy Problems, 2) Formulating Goals and Targets, 3) Identifying Policy Parameters, 4) Finding Policy Alternatives and 5) Deciding Policy Alternatives Selected. The results showed that the implementation of waste management in Lamongan Regency that occurred was a problem of the amount of waste that was increasing from time to time and the amount of waste that was managed could not reach 50% of the total waste.
