Each regional subject has its own natural, climatic, historical and economic features. In this regard, there is a need to identify drivers of economic growth. The aim of the work is economic and mathematical modeling of the probability of yield of vineyards in order to make adaptive decisions of existing winegrowers and investment decisions on investing in this industry based on the study of viticulture and winemaking as a propulsive industry of the federal city of Sevastopol. The authors analyzed the current state of the industry, the dynamics and priorities of its development. It was found that young people spent about 8 hours a day in front of smartphone screens, of which 52% were on social networks and instant messaging and voice communication services and 12% on video hosting services, 7% on games, 4% on browsers, 5% on productivity apps, 1% on shopping, 1% on personal photos and videos, 18% on other applications. The main screen time is used by young people for unproductive purposes. It is necessary to regulate screen time, control the quality of information resources, conduct educational and explanatory work. The most popular and attention-consuming applications were social networks and video hosting, which collectively accounted for more than 58% of all screen time, an average of 5.8 hours per day. The business model of screen time companies is to advertise, collect and commercialize user data. The companies owning the majority of the main screen time applications were social networks. Digital platforms may own and operate infrastructure or provide a specific service on which merchants and developers depend. In the specific markets of digital goods, the efforts of business to monopolize are great. To protect competition, it is necessary to make adjustments to the antimonopoly legislation. The criteria for assessing the level of monopolization of the company’s market position, along with price and market share, are proposed to be expanded, such as network effects, switching costs, access to crucial data for competition, competitive pressure by innovation.","PeriodicalId":349001,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Volgogradskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta. Initially, the authors determine the sectoral structure and dynamics of the main indicators of small and medium-sized businesses in the region from 2019 to 2021. At the same time, the so-called “pandemic” period of activity of business entities is emphasized, the main problems of this period and those measures of state development that helped reduce the social and economic tension of business are identified. The authors identify similarities and differences between the restrictive measures introduced in connection with the spread of COVID-19 and the current sanctions. In the course of the analysis of the foreign economic activity of Volgograd region in the pre-sanction period, the former foreign partners of the region and the problems of building economic relations with them in modern conditions are identified. Further, according to the methodology of O.V. Inshakov, new measures of state development of small and medium-sized businesses are structured, aimed at leveling the sanctions threats and risks that have arisen. In conclusion of the study, the authors conclude that the presence of human, technical, technological, informational and organizational resources in the current system of state development of entrepreneurship in Volgograd region is insufficient and proposals are made for its improvement.","PeriodicalId":349001,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Volgogradskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta. The analysis of biometric data obtained as a result of neuromarketing experiments on the study of visual identifiers of territories – coats of arms and logos was carried out. The interrelation of the visual prominence of symbols with its color solutions is investigated, the assessment of perceptual fluency in processing and the impact on memorability in the consumer is carried out. The visual prominence of identity in a competitive environment is revealed. It is shown that the use of heraldry as a modern brand identification system is somewhat difficult. Therefore, its development is associated with the development and promotion of easy-to-interpret, visually noticeable symbols that can be fluently perceived in the chain of mnemic processes associated with the assimilation of visual information.","PeriodicalId":349001,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Volgogradskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta. The reason for these phenomena is the complete or partial suspension of the activities of international companies on the Russian market and sanctions pressure from foreign states. The purpose of this study is to expand the understanding of risk management in the activities of business ecosystems and enterprises that have joined them during crisis periods. We take into account the similarities and differences between the crisis phenomena associated with the pandemic of the new coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2, and the phenomena associated with breaks in transport and logistics chains and the refusal of a number of foreign banks to make payments for raw materials, components and finished products. The study was conducted using the methods of systemic economic theory and operational risk theory. We have identified periods of development of crisis phenomena in the economy. We also identified the stages of transformation of risk management systems for both individual enterprises, organizations and consumers included in the business ecosystem, and the business ecosystem as a whole. We have shown that in order to fix changes risk management systems in business ecosystems, the following stages: the risk management system before the crisis; the system of emergency response measures to crisis phenomena; the risk management system adapted to the detected crisis phenomena; the new, modernized risk management system should be described. A debatable issue and limitation of the applicability of the results of this study is the incompleteness of the processes of adaptation of business ecosystems, enterprises, organizations, consumers and, accordingly, risk management systems to existing crisis phenomena.","PeriodicalId":349001,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Volgogradskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta. Due to the fact that there is significant differentiation of regions in the Russian Federation in terms of socio-economic development, there is an increasing need to form a qualitatively new national innovation system. In modern conditions the innovative development of the territory is influenced by such fundamental indicators as availability of innovation potential, creation of innovation infrastructure that promotes innovation activity, the degree of state support. The formation and improvement of the region’s innovation system is becoming an important task due to the process of transition to a knowledge-based economy. In turn, innovation activity is defined as a competitive advantage, contributes to economic modernization and is a factor in smoothing the differentiation of the country’s regions by the pace of innovation transformation. Development of the innovation system involves the spread of available innovations to all sectors of the domestic economy and a shift in the focus of innovation development to other areas of scientific and technological development. The task of wide introduction of innovations and modernization of the Russian economy on this basis is only achievable if cooperation and coordination of interests of the state, science and business, as well as public participation in the discussion of problems and prospects of innovative development are achieved.","PeriodicalId":349001,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Volgogradskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta. The authors of the article noted that the energy crisis has a cumulative effect; its beginning has changed all the rules of energy cooperation in the market. This contributed to increased demand, prices and competition. The EU is a major market participant whose policies affect all energy connections. Russia is an energy core that offers its energy sources to balance the market. This is the economy, there is no talk of “political pressure”. As a result, the authors conclude that the project “Nord Stream-2” is not a political project, but a purely commercial one, which will help to reduce even spot prices in the European gas market, since all other countries, extractive gas cannot meet the growing energy needs of European countries.","PeriodicalId":349001,"journal":{"name":"Vestnik Volgogradskogo gosudarstvennogo universiteta.
