In the paper, the correlation of regional logistics scale and economic evelopment is analyzed and the measuring index system is studied. Then the GM(1,1) model is set up according to grey system theory. An actual application of the logistics scale prediction in Henan province is made to illustrate the effectiveness of the model. Encryption technology is to ensure the confidentiality of information, digital digest to ensure the integrity of information, while digital authentication and digital signature technology can be certified to protect the Authentication identity, non-repudiation and non-counterfeit. This algorithm can execute parallel subnets search from local inference to global inference in the probabilistic graphical model searching field. With existing algorithms in probabilistic graphical models, the ability of searching maximum probability for fault subsystem is increased significantly. The presented algorithm is verified and illustrated in the fault diagnosis system with uncertainty in details. Grey forecasting model is tested by using electric load data sampled from SA for short-term load forecasting in this paper.
