Text mining plays a fundamental role in categorization and monitoring of internet public opinion, but internet public opinion is much more difficult than pure-text process because of their semi-structured characteristic. To address this issue, we propose a model for internet public opinion hotspot detection and analysis. For achieving this purpose, firstly, we used 9 images which has different features of the famous psychologist Furnham’s Shape & Color Test as templates and the basis of emotion classification. Then, we got a vector which has 27 dimensions by using part-division method on color character and normalized them in the HSV color space, used Hu moment invariants to described image template shape feature. At last, we carry out classification experiments with BP neural network model. The information can be processed by the computer so as to realize the computer information management. Through an analysis of the examples,it proves that this method is very available. By comprehensive analysis of two models, the causes for contradiction are the differences in the utility function and the differences in budget line slope between government and highways users. The corresponding countermeasures for the differences in the utility function are to reduce the visibility of toll highways, to prevent collecting wealth from toll highways, to improve the income of highway users; the countermeasures for the differences in budget line slope are to increase repayment pressures of local government, to reduce the construction cost of the non-toll highways, to market maintenance costs of non-toll highways, to reduce toll of highways. Based on VAR model, the relationship between financial development and economic growth in China was studied using the method such as Grange causality test, impulse response, and variance decomposition. It is shown that economic growth and financial scale are mutually Granger cause to each other and economic growth is the Granger causality of financial intermediation efficiency. In the short- and long-term, financial scale and financial intermediation efficiency have positive impact on economic growth. Firstly, this paper introduces the current applied status of business intelligence and multi-agent technology. Secondly, a design of the low-cost business intelligence system based on multi-agent is put forward, which is composed of the low-cost business intelligence system framework, the analysis of the core components’ function and the operation mechanism of the system. In the end, the applied research was done in the Baoding-Cangzhou expressway project construction. Since the selected services would fail down because of the dynamic network situation, this paper presents a service pool model to help users save more composite plans in one selection process. In addition, an efficient service pool construction algorithm, ISPCA, based on an Improved Discrete Particle Swarm Optimization (IDPSO) is also proposed. And the third contribution of our work was that a non-uniform mutation strategy (NUMS) is introduced to the global best particle in IDPSO to enhance the quality of composite plans in service pool.
