In order to achieve the ideal effects at the crucial moment, it becomes vital important to have an accurate evaluation to the current plan. On the basis of the theoretical and empirical investigation, this paper establishes the evaluation criteria of the emergency management contingency plan in the express industry, and draws a comprehensive evaluation to the plan by exerting the evaluation of the 2-tuple linguistic evaluating method determined by the weight. By empirical research, the validity and practicability of the evolution criteria and method has been validated. The error model is optimized by Genetic Algorithm (GA). The mathematical model may work out the minimum zone solution of cylindricity error with arbitrary position in space, and there are no special requirements in choosing measurement points. A test has been given to prove that optimal approximation solution to cylinder axis’s vectors and minimum zone cylindricity can be worked out by the objective function. The market parameters, including the bank interest rate and the appreciation and volatility rates of the stock, depend on the market mode that switches among a finite number of states, the random regime switching is assumed to be independent of the underlying Brownian motion, we construct an optimal portfolio using results from forward-backward stochastic differential equations theory. Actuators are key elements of active isolation system. This article used giant magnetostrictive actuator(GMA) in active vibration isolation system to reduce the line spectra of the radiated noise. Firstly, the model of the vibration isolation system(VIS) applying GMA was established. Secondly, the GMA’s parameters were driven by the external chaotic circuit according to the principle of chaos synchronization.
