Disaster risk reduction requires the construction of earthquake-resistant housing. Rumah Instan Sehat Baja Ringan (RISBARI) is one of the proposals. There was no research on RISBARI building for the structural cyclic analysis, so it is necessary to assess the capacity of the structure. Cyclic experiment testing at panel RISBARI is required to find out the capacity and structural damage behavior. The experimental test was compared with the analytical analysis. Tests were on strap braced systems and shear wall systems panels. The peak capacity of the strap braced system panel on experimental testing is 2.75 kN and 2.94 kN under the analytical capacity of 7,314 kN. The panel collapsed at a drift of 2.46% (73 mm), under the drift limit of 5.5% (165 mm). The peak capacity of the shear wall panel on experimental testing is 8.77 kN and 8.16 kN under the analytical capacity of 13,354 kN. The panels collapsed at a drift of 3.4% (103 mm) is greater than the drift limit of 3% (90 mm). Damage type tearing of flanges and web determines panel capacity than other types of damage. Engineering the formwork system using aluminum is one of the technological innovations to accelerate development and adopt the 3R (Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle) concept. To support the use of aluminum formwork, an environmentally friendly supply chain activity management model is needed. The Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) approach is one method that can reduce waste. This study analyzes the driving and inhibiting factors of GSCM using aluminum formwork in an apartment project in Semarang. The method of compiling this research used a qualitative method, where interviews were conducted which were then made into complete transcripts and grouped each opinion with a SWOT matrix approach. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, 4 factors have a significant effect. Among these 4 factors, there are 2 driving factors, namely government regulations regarding environmental protection and commitment to protecting the environment, and 2 inhibiting factors, namely the availability of suppliers who implement GSCM practices in construction areas and require careful planning. The advantages of fiber concrete are that it can increase the tensile strength of concrete, besides fiber concrete can increase ductility compared to concrete without fibers. In this study, steel wire fibers were used. The weakness of this fiber concrete is against high temperatures. Experiments were carried out with reinforcing fiber concrete at temperatures of 332°C, 621.4°C, and 957.4°C. Fiber concrete that is burned at high temperatures has a significant decrease in strength when it is burned reaching a temperature of 957.4°C. On the stress curve, fiber concrete that is burned at a temperature of 621.4°C has a stress drop of up to 67%. The stress-strain behavior of steel-wire fiber concrete is very ductile when compared to fiber-free concrete. In the concrete stress diagram, the ß1 and k3 coefficients in fiberless concrete and fiber concrete are not the same. The purpose of this study is to determine the fluctuation of seepage discharge and its correlation to the reservoir level, and to determine the safety of the seepage discharge that occurs. The evaluation of seepage discharge is carried out on reading data that is not influenced by rainfall, then compares it with the limits of the seepage acceptance criteria and seepage index. From the analysis results show the correlation between seepage discharge and reservoir level r = 0.2296 and after parsing the data, it is obtained for 2013, 2014, 2018 and 2019 data that the correlation level is moderate - very strong. The results of the parsing then selected data that is not affected by rainfall. The seepage discharge that occurs is still smaller than 0.14 liters/minute/meter, while the seepage index (QI) is greater than 1. Risk assessment on dams that have been built and in operation aims to determine the priority of repair and rehabilitation work to improve safety based on the risks that exist in the dam. Research on the risk class assessment of Tapin Dam using the modified ICOLD method includes calculating the risk value on various factors considered, namely the technical physical condition of the dam and related to the implementation of dam safety. The parameters of each factor were obtained from the results of field inspections and technical documents related to the Tapin Dam. Based on the results of the risk assessment, Tapin Dam is classified as a dam with a high risk class. This research presents the results of using Superplasticizer polymer type Ligno C-165 in making high strength concrete. The percentage use of this material is 0.25%, 0.5%, 0.75%, 1%, 1.25% and 1.5% by weight of cement. The concrete samples were tested at the age of 3, 7, 14, 21 and 28 days after water curing. The results show that the addition of 1.5% SP increased the strength of concrete at 28 days with strength value of 64.97 MPa or 166.08% stronger than the target strength of f’c=40 MPa. This is an indication that the increase of Superplasticizer polymer type Ligno C-165 dosage in concrete will also increases the strength that can be due to the effect of SP in reducing the water content that may produces denser matrix concrete with less volume of voids resulted in improving the properties of high strength concrete. The maximum compressive force in the upper part of the beam gradually decreases to zero at the neutral line and then turns into tensile force that increases to maximum at the bottom fiber of the beam. The bottom part of the concrete below the neutral line does not receive any compressive forces, so it works as a conductor for tensile forces to the reinforcement. This study was intended to determine the effect of inserting hollow steel longitudinally to the tensile area of concrete beams in order to increase the load capacity and reduce the volume of concrete simultaneously. In this study, a one-point pressure test experiment was carried out using a Loading Frame with a sample of 28 days old concrete block with f'c = 21.04 MPa measuring 12cm x 18cm x 250cm. The reinforcement configuration is 4Ø10mm with fy = 450Mpa. The beams are casted in 3 variations consist of 2 samples each, which are normal beams, beams with 4x2 hollow steel profiles, and beams with 4x4 hollow steel profiles. The hollow profile steel was not removed during the test. From laboratory tests, it was found that although the reinforced hollow beam cracked early, the load capacity increased and 7.41% lighter than normal beam. Meanwhile, from the calculation simulation concluded, that to match the strength of hollow beams reinforced with hollow profile steel, solid beams need to be more ductile so that the dimensions need to be enlarged and become more expensive. This study aims to determine the factors that cause contract change orders, analyze the impact given if there is a contract change order and analyze what strategies must be done to resolve the occurrence of contract change orders in the implementation of the Alton Apartment building construction project located in the city of Semarang. The data collected in this study used a semi-structured interview method with competent sources in their field, while the sources for data collection were construction management consultants (MK), contractors & owners. The Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats (SWOT) analysis method is used to determine the right strategy to deal with CCO activities. Reclamation using the hydraulic fill method requires a stable embankment structure to withstand the potential for landslides from landfills, and in sea areas with very soft subgrade soils, with small undrained cohesion values causes the bund to be unstable and do not exceed the critical limit. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the improvement of soft soil in bund construction so that it is stable using GeoStudio. The Bund stability analysis results show that the value of the sand-key depth depends on the variation in the depth of the seabed. At a seabed depth of -6 m, there is a sand-key depth of 7 m, -5 m the sand-key depth of 10 m, -4 m thesand-key depth of 10 m, -3 m the sand-key depth is 5 m. The theory that reinforced concrete is a structural system where the steel or reinforcement in the concrete functions to withstand tension, then the concrete below the neutral line does not receive a compressive force but transmits a tensile force to the reinforcement. This study analyzes and reduces the area in the tensile area by continuously installing 2 inch diameter PVC pipes and adding fiber to the concrete. This reduction in area is expected to reduce weight and material savings without reducing its strength. This research was carried out with a sample of 28 days old concrete blocks with quality f'c = 21.04 MPa with dimensions of 12 cm x 18 cm x 250 cm, with 4Ø10 mm reinforcement with quality fy = 450 MPa. Concrete beams are made in 3 variations in the form of solid beams, hollow beams without fiber, hollow beams with fiber. Each variation has 2 samples. From the test results, all beams experienced flexural cracks which were characterized by cracks perpendicular to the beam axis and flexural strength behavior which the difference was not significant. From the three variations of this beam, it shows that the results of the hollow beam with the addition of fiber have a greater first crack load. The addition of fiber is able to slow down the cracks that occur and contribute to withstand tensile stresses so that the beam still has strength to bear the load even though cracks have occurred. Based on the calculation simulation, in order to equalize the strength of the hollow beam with fiber, the dimensions of the solid beam need to be enlarged so that the solid beam becomes more expensive.
