The flow behavior under consideration is hydraulic behavior, measurement accuracy, and discharge curve. In addition, there is a relationship between discharge and water level upstream and downstream of the spillway, as well as the relationship of the variation of discharge flowing through the broad crested weirs to the loss of energy height. From the results of this study, it was found that there was a relationship between discharge and water level upstream, downstream, water level above the threshold, and energy loss for wide-threshold spillway. The modeling of the broad crested weirs assumes that the Froude number that occurs in the model is the same as the Froude number that occurs in the field. So that the scale of discharge, time, velocity and volume will be able to represent the actual conditions in the field. The scale of length, width, and height of the prototype is 1: 100. The methodology used is to carry out testing in the hydraulics laboratory by varying Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, …. Qn, to obtain variations in water level upstream and downstream of the broad crested weirs. Earthquake resistance analysis needs to be carried out on buildings built in earthquake areas. This study uses dynamic analysis with the response spectrum method, aiming to evaluate the structure according to SNI 1726:2012. What is reviewed in this study is the period, base shear, drift, and the level of building performance. The results of the analysis show that the period, base shear, drift and the maximum deviation meet the specified requirements. Kualitas landasan pacu diharapkan dapat memberikan kenyamanan dan keselamatan penerbangan sebagai infrastruktur yang digunakan untuk akses utama pesawat terbang dalam melakukan pergerakan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualtitatif, studi literatur, serta kajian model SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil studi literature yang dilakukan diperoleh beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi meliputi pembebasan lahan, rehabilitasi, izin lingkungan, teknologi atribut, klien, kontraktor, konsultan berdasarkan frekuensi, tingkat keparahan, indeks kepentingan, dan kebutuhan tim proyek dari semua pemangku kepentingan. Selain itu, pada proyek bandara beberapa hal yang berpengaruh terkait dengan pengembangkan model kuantitatif yang mengintegrasikan beberapa elemen yang relevan dalam perencanaan MR trotoar landasan pacu bandara, analisis secara visual kerusakan landasan pacu dengan PC serta perampingan informasi yang berpengaruh dalam implementasi sistem berbasis web pada proyek, serta analisis dimensi kualitatif (penyebab penundaan) dan kuantitatif (kinerja waktu) dari masalah penundaan menggunakan dua indikator yaitu Reason for Noncompliance (RNC) sebagai penyebab keterlambatan dan Delay Index (DI) sebagai indikator penundaan. Proyek gedung bertingkat juga mempunyai karakteristik dan risiko yang berbeda-beda, sehingga diperlukan tata kelola yang baik untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal dan efisien. Waktu menjadi salah satu tolak ukur keberhasilan proyek dan tolak ukur capaian biaya, sehingga perlu diidentifikasi masalah risiko keterlamabatan waktu pekerjaan proyek gedung bertingkat. Konsep dan metode sangat dibutuhkan dalam melakukan identifikasi risiko keterlambatan agar kemudian mendapatkan kepastian. Hal tersebut dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan dengan rumus risk matrix. dari hasil identifikasi pada proyek pembagunan gedung Kampus C Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta didapatkan faktor-faktor yang mengakibatkan keterlamabatan pada proyek tersebut. Mulai dari keterbatasan bahan material, kualitas tenaga kerja dan keterbatasan tenaga kerja. Ketiga kategori tersebut banyak terjadi pada tahapan pekerjaan struktur lantai lima, dimana setelah melakukan identifikasi dan melakukan perhitungan dengan rumus risk matrix = ivent x empac mendapatkan angka 7,21 yang termasuk dalam kategori risiko rendah. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut, memberikan minat kepada saya untuk melakukan penelitian mengenai “Evaluasi Struktur Gedung Pasca Sarjana IAIN Palangka Raya Terhadap Potensi Gempa di Kota Palangka Raya - Kalimantan Tengah” menggunakan aplikasi atau perangkat lunak ETABS dan SAP2000 untuk menganalisa apakah bangunan tersebut telah mampu bertahan apabila diberikan potensi beban gempa. Parameter Perhitungan Gempa Running SAP2000 dan ETABS, yaitu sesuai dengan SNI 1727-2002 dan SNI 1727 2012 mengenai gempa. Pengaruh penambahan beban gempa berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan bangunan yang mana terjadi kegagalan struktur pada tulangan utama untuk B2, B5, B3 Ramp, K3, K4, dan K5, kegagalan geser terjadi pada B2, B5, B3 Ramp, K3, K4, dan K5. Rekapitulasi gaya momen pada penelitian ini, selisih nilai rata-rata balok yaitu 19,78% untuk tumpuan dan 17,22% untuk lapangan. Selisih nilai rata-rata kolom yaitu 17,64% untuk tumpuan dan 21,53% untuk lapangan. Rekapitulasi gaya lintang desain awal selisih nilai rata-rata gaya lintang balok/sloof yaitu 14,27% dan 18,78% untuk kolom. Diantaranya dengan menggunakan bahan tambah serbuk arang briket dan bestmittel. Kedua bisa meningkatkan dan mempercepat pengerasan beton. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui peningkatan kuat tekan beton. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan nilai fas 0,35 pada umur 28 hari dengan persentase variasi serbuk arang briket 0%, 12,5%, 15%, 17,5%, 20%, 22,5% dan bestmittel 0,6% dari berat semen. Bentuk benda uji berupa silinder berdiameter 15 cm dan tinggi 30 cm. Topik analisis penelitian ini ialah kuat tekan, dengan metode perencanaan campuran beton menggunakan metode American Concrete Institute. Hasil pengujian tersebut, workability menurun pada pemakaian serbuk arang briket, lalu ditambahkan Bestmittel menjadikan workability terkoreksi naik. Terjadi perbedaan berat jenis, menjadi bertambah pada penambahan Bestmittel, dan berkurang pada penambahan serbuk arang briket. Efek penambahan serbuk arang briket berupa peningkatan kuat tekan beton. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) melakukan telaah rangkaian model pengendalian instrument tata ruang terhadap kawasan Sempadan Situ Cipondoh; 2) Menyusun rangkaian rencana aksi dan sinkronisasi terhadap penegakan dan penertiban penggunaan lahan yang tidak sesuai dengan penetapan RTRW Provinsi Banten. Metode kajian yang digunakan dalam studi ini dilakukan melalui telaah regulasi sebagai dasar awal identifikasi kondisi RTRW Provinsi Banten, kemudian dilakukan survei sebagai tindak lanjut dengan terlebih dahulu melakukan penarikan garis sempadan sebagai dasar keruangan terhadap kondisi sempadan Situ Cipondoh. Perbedaan tersebut dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan lalu lintas, seperti yang terjadi di simpang bersinyal sekitar gerbang utama Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Simpang ini berada pada pusat tarikan pergerakan karena berdekatan dengan pusat perbelanjaan modern, perkantoran, dealer kendaraan, kampus dan rumah sakit. Adanya halte Batik Solo Trans di sekitar simpang tersebut juga menyebabkan adanya aktivitas bus yang berhenti untuk menaikkan dan menurunkan penumpang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi simpang bersinyal yang terjadi pada saat peak hour pagi dan siang. Evaluasi yang dilakukan menggunakan metode Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997, dengan parameter utama penilaian kinerja adalah derajat kejenuhan, antrian dan tundaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa arus simpang tertinggi adalah 3123,7 smp/jam yang terjadi pukul 13.30-14.30, dengan volume pendekat tertinggi ada di Barat sebesar 1572,9 smp/jam. Kapasitas pada pendekat ini adalah sebesar 879,8 smp/jam, sehingga diperoleh derajat kejenuhan sebesar 1,71. Nilai ini sudah melebihi standar yang ditentukan yaitu sebesar 0,85. Selain Barat, pendekat lain yang tidak memenuhi adalah Utara dan Timur fase 1. Oleh karena itu simpang dianggap sudah tidak layak lagi. There are several important aspects in formwork innovation, namely cost, speed, quality, waste, and health safety environtment (HSE), but they have not fully had a positive impact on construction project development. However, it has not fully had a positive impact on construction projects. In addition, what aluminum formwork manufacturers offer so far may not necessarily suit the needs of customers. The purpose of this study is to analyze the comparison in terms of cost, time, waste, and HSE between projects using aluminum formwork and the same project simulated using Formwork Perth Construction Hire (PCH). In this study: (1) simulation on the project if the project uses PCH formwork (2) comparative analysis of products in terms of time, cost, quality, waste, HSE on real projects using aluminum formwork with projects that have been simulated using PCH formwork. The effect of using aluminum formwork when compared to a simulation project using PCH formwork: (1) in terms of the time it can provide 25.92% savings on the total duration of the simulation results project, (2) in terms of costs, it can provide a total cost savings of IDR 895,756,004,00 (3) in terms of quality, the use of aluminum formwork is stronger, durable quality, and the results of the concrete molding are tidier than using PCH formwork (4) in terms of waste, projects that use aluminum formwork produce less waste than using PCH formwork.
