Information technology and virtual nature of the visual space development have influenced not only the language of communication but in general the entire system of social management. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the influence of modern visual art on our everyday life, opportunities for self-expression, communication, and social management. Methodological basis of the study is presented by historical, axiological, comparative, system and structural, formal and logical methods. Results. The article considers the modern reading of the visual image, its demand in modern culture, the reasons, and backgrounds of the “visual turn” in art, which has led to the diffusion of high and low in art, synthesis of creativity, and everyday life. The influence of communication virtualization, urbanization of the society and massification of culture on the formation of the individual's visual space and picture of the world are proved. Conclusions. Both positive and negative aspects of such social and cultural transformation in the process of contemporary art visualization are substantiated. The article proves that visualization of art through advertising, fashion, performance, industrial design is becoming the most important factor in social management and determination of consumers', social and cultural, ideological matrix of individual behavior. Креативні і культурні індустрії внесли значні корективи в сучасні світові економічні процеси, що провокує підвищений інтерес до культурної сфери в цілому і до культурної стратегії зокрема. Мета і методи. Мета статті – виявити інноваційний потенціал культури в сучасних умовах і способи його реалізації через культурні стратегії та креативні індустрії як у загальнолюдському, так і в українському контексті. Методологічною основою дослідження є системно-структурний метод, метод формально-логічного дослідження, аналіз, компаративістський метод, СМД-методологія, деконструктивістський підхід. Результати. Комплексний підхід до аналізу культури дозволяє розглядати її як відкритий простір мережевої взаємодії людей, етносів, націй, які є суб’єктами інновацій в економічній, політичній і культурній сферах. Розвиток культурної сфери презентовано через формування вертикально-горизонтальних взаємодій між культурною стратегією, культурною політикою і креативними індустріями. Висновки. Україна на сьогоднішній день переосмислює роль культури в цілому і культурної стратегії зокрема, зіткнувшись із проблемою формування цілісного україноорієнтованого простору. Новий підхід до структури культури включає в себе не інституції, а творців і споживачів культурного продукту, які ініціюють створення єдиного культурного простору. Це дозволяє виявити інноваційний потенціал культури та культурної стратегії. The topicality of the article’ topic is due to the growing need for methodological and technological development of systems analysis in the transition of mankind to the information age, the complexity of social relations and the predominance of unsystematic, fragmentary thinking of modern managers. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical and methodological principles and practical recommendations for the implementation of systematic analysis in socio-cultural management. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical principle of cognition, systemic, historical, cultural, philosophical, organizational, cybernetic and synergetic approaches to the study of organizational phenomena and processes. Results. The basic theoretical concepts of system analysis have been analyzed. The essence, role, significance of systematics and system analysis in the modern man’s life and society have been revealed. The methodology of system analysis as a unique form of cognition in socio-cultural management has been substantiated. The types of system analysis have been determined, which allows forming a holistic view of the possible directions of its implementation in the management of socio-cultural activities. The technology of conducting a systematic analysis of objects and problem situations in socio-cultural management has been developed. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the research results is the deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations of systems analysis in socio-cultural management on the basis of modern philosophical, organizational, cybernetic and synergetic approaches. Ukrainian sphere of culture needs clear and transparent support from Government during the pandemic. For this purpose all producers of cultural products must be identified in the structure of cultural and creative industries. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is to clarify the meaning of the concept of cultural product in the context of an interdisciplinary approach, given the interpretation of this concept in various fields of scientific knowledge and governmental-institutional practices at national and international levels, to develop recommendations for the use of the concept cultural product in legislative activity in Ukraine. The methodological basis of the study is the interdisciplinary, systematic and legal approaches. Results. The cultural product is the output of cultural industries. The sphere of culture defined as a set of cultural industries according to B. Miege, D. Throsby and EU Resolutions. Cultural industries are the main producers of cultural products (goods, services, events). Сultural product contains cultural value (M. Hutter, D. Throsby, B. Frey),which creates meaning and engages the consumer in cultural participation (P. Sacco). Сultural producers have different forms of ownership and act as cultural entrepreneurs, which produce for commercial purpose, not only for cultural purpose (music industry, tourism industry, festival industry etc). But the cultural production of meanings is the basis for cultural industries. Conclusions. Scientific novelty of the research results is to distinguish two approaches for the concept of cultural product: value based and legal based. The source of mechanisms of museums adaptation according to modern economy conditions lies in complete modernization of museum space based on strategic planning, scientific organization of management and implementation of new technological decisions in museum institutions activity. Specifically, the innovative museum technologies in the mix with modern management will guarantee the timely museum reaction on public requirements. A discrepancy in the instrumentation in its turn causes great reducing the level of attractiveness for modern user of museum services. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the study is the analysis of using facilities in innovative management sphere of museum institutions activities and its influence on museum industry development in context of culturally-educational museums activities. In order to solve the problem of research was used traditional complex of general scientific principles (determinism, reflection, unity of opposites) and methods (analysis and synthesis, systematic and structural, interrogation, content-analysis, observation, statistical). Results . This article presents the characteristic of concept “innovative management”. A special innovative management toolbox was found and it can also provide the background for some modernization in Ukrainian museum industry. Research results are confirmed by sociological survey based on theme “What would you like to see as a modern local history museum?”. Conclusions and discussions. Preservation of historical materials, popularization of knowledge, attraction wide circle of visitors – all these are the goals of any museum activity with the support of innovative management technologies. The use of innovative management has its nuances. The main results of the study are to identify the need for an innovative approach in the activities of the manager of the socio-cultural sphere and the use of modern technologies in the management of art projects. Nowadays is the very actual task for the thinkers, academicians and practitioners how to overcome challenges and threats of COVID-19 pandemic in the pedagogical, educational and social cultural spheres. It demands some researches and practical steps in the socio-cultural space development. The basic principles of effective development of modern socio-cultural space, based on the values of trust and social cohesion, are considered in the article. Modern geopolitical processes at the epicenter of which Ukraine is, its complex and uncertain reality in the sociocultural sphere, and poses multifactorial problems that require thorough educational and scientific research. Purpose and methods. One of the main task is to research in which way the values of trust and, accordingly, social cohesion to be manifested in the social cultural space. The model of social cohesion and methods of its measurement are considered. The article applies the historical method and method of system analysis to outline the main features of European values, in particular, trust and social cohesion in the socio-cultural space of Ukrainian society. Results . The model of social cohesion and methods of its measurement are considered. Also various concepts and manifestations of trust as a factor of social cohesion in the contemporary socio-cultural space are considered. Conclusions . This research reflects and proves the confident role of education in the development of social cohesion of communities at the different dimensions of sociocultural space. The article investigated the effective socio-cultural communications that shape the social cultural space is based on the values of trust and social cohesion. Every science, with its abstract-logical method, in the process of formation inevitably reaches the limits of knowledge of its research subject. The means of expanding these boundaries is the philosophy of science. As for management, it is the philosophy of management as its Meta science. According to the author’s article, the management philosophy, in addition to expanding the boundaries of knowledge, will cope with the eclectic danger that threatens management today as a science. However, the philosophy of management in fact has not yet developed. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is to develop scientific and philosophical approaches to understanding the socio-cultural essence of management. The methodological basis of the study is the dialectical principle of cognition, systemic, historical and philosophical approaches to the study of organizational phenomena and processes in society. Results. Basic scientific concepts and philosophical ideas of management have been analyzed. The content of the scientific approach (sub science of management) on understanding the management nature as a socio-cultural phenomenon has been revealed and the limitations of cognitive possibilities of this approach are shown. The essence of the philosophical approach (meta science of management) to understanding the management nature has been clarified, which, in comparison with the scientific approach, significantly expands the limits of cognition. Emphasis is placed on the need to build management models taking into account national traditions of culture and mentality, which can become not only a condition for effective management practice, but also a long-term factor in the unification of the country. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the research results lies in the deepening of scientific and philosophical understanding of the socio-cultural essence of modern management. In modern scientific research of the social communications in general and the library science in particular, the issues of forming the image of the modern library in accordance with the requirements of the today's life have recently become relevant. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the study is to consider the features and components of the external image of the modern library and develop recommendations for its improvement. The traditional set of general scientific principles (determinism, reflection, unity of opposites) and methods (formal-logical, conceptual and functional analysis, content analysis, synthesis, abstraction, etc.) are used to solve the research tasks. Results. The article elucidates the fundamental qualities of the library's image. The system of factors influencing the image of the modern library is determined. The components of the external image of the library are analyzed and recommendations for its improvement are highlighted. Conclusions. A positive image is the result of the effective activities, covering processes from the study of the public opinion, inquiries of the library service users, which should be based on the serious social research, to the implementation of these inquiries by influencing both employees and service consumers. It is impossible to separate from the previous image; it is necessary to provide its radically new interpretation. Insufficient consideration of the human factor and the inability to fully realize its potential has led to criticism of mechanistic management as a basic in the industrialism formation. Subsequently, against this background, humanistic management was introduced, which in some way compensated for the shortcomings of the mechanistic approach. However, the cultural and historical aspects of humanistic management have remained out of science's attention so far, which has necessitated this research. Purpose and methods. The purpose of the article is a theoretical and historical analysis of the humanistic management culture, identification of its features and key factors of development in the conditions of industrialism. The methodological basis of the research is the dialectical principle of cognition, systemic and cultural approaches to the study of social phenomena and processes, the fundamental provisions of the theory and history of management culture. Results. It is established that the culture of humanistic management, in contrast to the mechanistic concept of “economic man”, which responds only to material incentives, uses the “social man” concept, which assumes that, in addition to material gain, the worker seeks to meet moral needs. In this case, the formal organization with officially established rules is complemented by an informal organization based on behaviorism, based on the theory of Y, moral aspects of interaction, B-leadership and the motivators’ predominance that guide human activity to self-realization. Conclusions. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is to identify the objective preconditions that led to the emergence of a culture of humanistic management, as well as to generalize the features of the main directions of this culture of management.
