However, due to the gradual saturation of domestic users, Internet companies have cast their horizons overseas. Although there has been a lot of research about the path of Internet companies to go overseas, the management of content operation after going overseas has rarely been addressed. This paper focuses on the difficulty for Internet companies to go overseas with content products and takes TikTok under ByteDance as an example to analyze the strategy in the direction of content operation and management. Through analysis, it is found that the pain points of overseas content operation of video products mainly lie in the cultural discount and user retention rate generated when content crosses over. The cause of the problem may be that the company did not fully conduct an accurate portrait analysis of potential users and the design of the video push mechanism in product design, but directly applied experience in China to promote the overseas market. Transportation infrastructure investment, as an important component of this initiative, has always been of great concern. This article introduces the basic situation of infrastructure construction since the proposal was put forward, and sorted out the reasons for China's investment in infrastructure construction of the BRI, including factors, for example, adapting to “the new normal of China's economy ,and bringing markets and resources to China; Summarize the impact on co-building countries from the perspectives of economy and trade. This paper also sorted out the factors that affect China's investment, including the improvement of labor force in countries participating the BRI, the improvement of infrastructure quality and co-build country’s system. How to cope with and avoid these risks has always been a matter of discussion. Scholars have now combined the artificial immune system in immunology with enterprise risk management. Many models have been developed, too. This article conducts a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the development principles and related applications of these models. After the analysis of this article, it is found that artificial immune systems have been applied to varying degrees in enterprises in different fields, such as logistics and finance, petrochemicals, the Internet, etc., showing great potential application prospects. This article aims to discuss enterprise risk response and avoidance based on a deep understanding of artificial immune systems. At the same time, it points out the three shortcomings of the existing related research, namely insufficient cases, lack of interdisciplinary integration and data complexity.
