On the one hand, the development of new media brings new opportunities for college students' education of socialist core values; on the other hand, it also has a great impact on college students' cultural confidence and identification of socialist core values, and at the same time, it brings new challenges to ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Combined with the present situation of the core values education in colleges and universities, the cultural confidence should be integrated into the educational content and practice. Out of the traditional teaching mode of education, the cultural self-confidence should be combined with the socialist core values education in colleges and universities with the help of the Internet new media platform. Education resources and environment should be effectively integrated to innovate the new ideas of socialist core values education and constantly cultivate a new system of college students' socialist core values with the carrier of \"cultural confidence\". The novel portrays four distinct female characters-Tsuruko, Sachiko, Yukiko, and Taeko. This paper hopes to make a brief analysis of Yukiko's image through the interpretation of the original text. Yukiko is a shy, traditional Japanese female, who is always favored by the people around her. In everyone's mind, Yukiko is the representative of beauty and purity. The author Junichiro Tanizaki also praises this kind of female image and classical beauty. In contrast, her sister Taeko's image is totally different. She deviates from the tradition, and makes a living by herself, falls in love and marries freely. She pursues her own happiness. Taeko represents a completely different kind of female thought and interest of life in the new era. As a general vocational education at undergraduate level, the education of college to undergraduate is of particularly importance. However, after 20 years development, there is still a vicious circle of poor quality of enrollment, ineffective connection in training and no professional advantage in employment. The only way in the education of college to undergraduate is try to break the “education with broken ends” in the higher vocational stage and the “education with fault\" in the undergraduate stage. The OBE concept determines the training goals of professional talents by taking the students as the center and the demands of country and society as the orientation, so as to determine the graduation requirements of the students, that is, the ability of the students to graduate will ultimately determine the course design.
