Juairiyah","doi":"10.30559/jpn.v3i2.98","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30559/jpn.v3i2.98","url":null,"abstract":"Mengembalikan sampah makanan (SM) sebagai kompos ke lahan pertanian dianggap sebagai salah satu opsi terbaik untuk memastikan keberlanjutan pertanian bagi kota-kota yang bergantung pada sektor pertanian sebagai tulang punggung dari modal pembangunan mereka seperti Kota Pagar Alam. Sementara pengomposan SM mudah dilakukan dalam skala kecil, membuat kompos dari SM di tingkat kota merupakan tugas yang memberatkan yang berarti perlu pengelolaan sampah yang tepat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kerangka kerja manajemen SM untuk Kota Pagar Alam berdasarkan metodologi Life Cycle Assessment. Variabel yang dimasukkan dalam kerangka adalah struktur usia rumah tangga, kebiasaan makan, pengeluaran makanan per kapita, penghasilan kepala rumah tangga, praktik belanja, perilaku pemisahan sampah dan sikap pada barang bekas. Temuan menunjukkan timbulan SM dipengaruhi oleh struktur usia rumah tangga serta pengeluaran makanan. Jumlah anggota rumah tangga di bawah usia lima tahun memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap timbulan SM (Exp β = 5,04) daripada pengeluaran makanan per kapita (4,37) atau jumlah anggota rumah tangga yang berusia lima tahun atau lebih (2,16). Alasan mengapa rumah tangga tidak melakukan pemilahan sampah adalah terlalu malas, memiliki kesenjangan pengetahuan dan kurangnya fasilitas. Temuan menyarankan otoritas lokal untuk mengintegrasikan pengumpul sampah informal ke dalam sistem pengelolaan sampah dan menciptakan permintaan pasar kompos untuk mengatasi hambatan sosial yang ada. If work accidents and illness arise due to work relations, occupational safety and health (K3) must be a top priority in all companies in order to achieve satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to find out the description of the level of workforce satisfaction with the K3 program in the AMP (Asphal Mixing Plant) section of PT. Kerinci Development in 2017. The design of this study was descriptive. The population is all labor in PT. Prima Pembangunan Kerinci AMP section with 30 samples. The method of sampling with total sampling technique, the study was conducted in March - August 2017 and the research instrument using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the study as many as 13 workers (43.3%) were not satisfied with work safety and as many as 17 workers (56.7%) were not satisfied with the work health of the K3 program in the AMP (Asphal Mixing Plant) PT. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of family support with the level of depression in the elderly in the Social Home Tresna Werdha Kasih Sayang Batusangkar. This research use cross sectional approach. The study was conducted at the Tresna Werdha Social House of Mother Love Batusangkar in July 2017 with a population of 53 elderly people who suffer from depression. Sampling technique with total sampling. Data processing is done computerized using computerized program. The result of univariate analysis showed that (67,9%) respondents got good support and (39,6%) respondents had moderate depression. In bivariate analysis p value = 0.008 means there is a relationship of family support with depression level in elderly. It is expected that Tresna Werdha Social Welfare officer Kasih Ibu Batusangkar to raise awareness and always give support to elderly. The research was conducted in Nagari Lubuk Pandan, District 2x11 Six Lingkung, Padang Pariaman District, West Sumatera Province. The respondents' farmers were deliberately determined by 35 people based on the guidance of Wali Nagari and community leaders. Data were analyzed descriptively and presented in table and diagram. The results showed that 1) Institutional of rice seed in Nagari Lubuk Pandan consist of formal and informal institution. The formal institutions are Gapoktan \"Lubuk Pandan Sejahtera\" and Saprodi Kiosk. Informal institutions are groups of other farmers who lend rice seeds. More than half of the farmers of the respondents obtained rice seed from other farmers, because it was more efficient, 2) Gapoktan \"Lubuk Pandan Sejahtera\", played a role in channeling seeds to its members if there is a seed assistance program from the government. Saprodi Kiosk provides high quality rice seeds at all times, but very few farmers can afford them, and 3) Farmers' structural weaknesses (low education and knowledge, narrow land, technological mastery and low group manageability), cause they are unable to integrate the provision of seed input with the farm, so that production tends to decrease.
